LG has been shipping refrigerators with design flaws in the water filter system for years. They know about it and they do nothing to fix it. They also don't cover the cost of fixing the water filter when you break it trying to get a new filter in. Massive problems with changing the water filter . Occurs with all filters . The filter mount broke and being my fridge was a little over a year old and knowing the problems of the filter would not authorize a repair . I will never buy anything LG again
