The delivery was more delayed than I would have liked. But the guys who brought it in did quick work in getting it unboxed and on. The TV has great picture quality. Bright, crisp picture. Loving it so far!

The TV is very nice good color and sound. The reason for the 4 stars was customer service at LG. The TV was delivered from Amazon on time and with great care. But when my husband and I sat it up, it was missing the power cord. Called LG and was told a week to 10 day to get it delivered. TEN DAYS!!!! My husband asked for a manger was put on hold and left there, after an hour and 15 minutes, he hung up called back and the message said to call back during business hours. They left him on hold and went home!!! He called the next day "sorry"...we got the cord for our TV 6 days later. So no TV in the living room for over a week. LG custom service is pathetic! Because of that, I will probably never get another LG. ... show more

LG has lost my business forever, sad!

I have purchased LG products many times previously and loved them, paid a premium for LG quality - brand. Now purchased 3 large, high end televisions for my new home and all three were a disaster. The pointer for each is too sensitive and difficult to navigate easily with now, the setup involves endless licensing agreements which repeat themselves several times a day. Ditto with various 'updates' which appear multiple times daily. It doesn't sync well with my Roko anymore, it loses settings again and again. In short, the brand has become such a pain in the ass that I am returning all 3 sets and purchasing far less expensive Roko sets, maybe not as great a picture but easy to use, no hassles, and half the price ... show more
