Comfortable and Supportive Office Chair
Color: Black
I’m very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable and provides good back support, especially when sitting for a long time. The seat is soft and spacious, and I really like the flip-up armrests because they save space when I’m not using the chair. It also looks nice and feels sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy too. Great chair for the price!

Beautiful, Comfortable Chair with the BEST Assembly Instructions!
Color: Black
I am extremely happy with this office chair! Not only does it look amazing, but it's also very comfortable. The seat is wider than many traditional office chairs, which is a great feature for those who appreciate a little extra room. I also love the movable armrests, which make it easy to adjust the chair to my liking. The tilt and reclining features are easy to lock and unlock, and the chair glides smoothly over my carpet, which is another plus! But honestly, one of the biggest highlights of this chair was the assembly instructions! I've put together my share of furniture, and these were some of the best instructions I've come across. Each step was clearly explained and easy to follow. There's even a QR code if you'd prefer to watch an assembly video, but I didn't need it. What I especially appreciated were the helpful tips included throughout the instructions, particularly when installing the screws and armrests. Those little details made such a difference! From unpacking the box to sitting in my fully assembled chair, the entire process took me approximately 40 minutes. Overall, I'm very impressed with the comfort, appearance, functionality, and thoughtful assembly instructions. It's a beautiful chair that looks more expensive than it is, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Great Office Chair – Comfortable and Looks Great
Color: Black
I’m very happy with this office chair! It looks premium and stylish, and the black design with the diamond stitching gives it a really nice appearance. The chair was also well packaged, and all the parts arrived protected and in good condition. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together, the chair feels comfortable, sturdy, and supportive. The padded seat and backrest provide good support, and the armrests are comfortable as well. For the price, I think this is a great value. It looks much more expensive than it actually is, and it fits perfectly in my home office.

Arrived Late, Uncomfortable, Won't Recline, "Massager", Horrible Customer Service, Not Worth It!
At first this chair seemed awesome and on sale so a bonus. Husband had it on his wishlist for Christmas (he is a streamer). Said it would arrive before Christmas (Dec.16-Dec 18th). Doesn't show up so I figured eh it's busy time no biggy...the 18th hits and the tracking became non existent. So I gave it another week...nothing moved, nothing changed. Then says it'll still be here before Christmas. Wait a few more days and email them...they give some bs about the carrier (FedEx) only taking so many orders and covid etc etc...mind you the amount of packages we received from Amazon delivered from FedEx early or on time was amazing...I contacted FedEx and they said they usually pick up more deliveries during the holidays and it's likely it was the on the companies end. It finally says it'll arrive Christmas Eve...awesome I can deal with that...does it show...nope. I emailed them my frustrations and they just gave excuses and only offered a $10 refund for $150 chair. We did not receive the chair until January 2nd...we put it together right away. The directions were not easy to read, they don't label any of the parts, one piece was already attached that we thought was missing. Got the chair done and it would not recline...yes we pulled the lever and even loosened the screws and looked it up etc etc... there was a non existent hole for a screw and don't even bother with the "massager"....it barely vibrates and you have to be plugged in so be careful pulling your chair out and taking everything with you. The chair itself was stiff feeling, not much cushion to it. So emailed them letting them know and multiple times they ignored half of what was said and was told to send pics and video of said problem even after saying 3x that we don't like it and it won't work and we want to return it.The chair has the looks and that's about it. Thank goodness we did it through Amazon to be able to return it...and yes you have to disassemble the whole thing to send it back. Most definitely not worth it and sadly some of the most annoying customer service I've dealt with. Ugh.

Comfortable and Worth the Price

I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk, so I wanted something comfortable without spending too much. This chair was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy. The back support is nice, and I can sit for hours without feeling uncomfortable. Really happy with it for the price!

Good chair for the Price....
this gaming chair is a 3 star chair for the reason that seat you place you butt on is tilted to one side, it is off set by at least 1/2 inch. very easy to notice as for the box it came in and the contents it was re-tapped and the plastic cylinders that go around the gas chock two of them were cracked, big deal they are on the underside of the chair the armrests do stay in place as they should but i don't care...i care about it holding me im a 6'3 207lbs man back support is wonderful and head pillow is sweet, i in fact LOVE the steel frame and metal legs!!! took me a 1 hot chocolate and 1 hour to put it together yes it comes with the LOGO stitched on pillow and lumbard and chair... if you are wanting to use this chair for reclining you better be a woman and only 150 lbs at most! ALL IN ALL Nice chair. curtis
