I originally had a 75" NanoCell 90 series 4k TV (model# LG75NANO90UNA) that I purchased in late 2020 and it worked great and had excellent picture from every angle. My wife was cleaning around the TV and dropped something to smacked the screen and cracked it. I had purchased an extended warranty and was originally told even a cracked screen can be replaced. Couldn't get it fixed so had to buy a new TV (Happy to get a new tv but not paying for it :/) What can you do, just suck it up and buy a new one. I looked at other brands such as Sony and Samsung. Didn't really consider looking at other brands like Hisense, TCL, Onn, etc.. as I don't want a "cheap" tv and settle for less. So wanting to stay with LG because I liked WebOS, the color quality, same vesa mounting points, having 4 HDMI Ports (yup you read that correctly), Bluetooth (to connect to my bluetooth soundbar), Dual speakers w/built in Subwoofers (yes select lg models have subwoofers built in) & 120Hz HDMI Ports (my old tv only had one 120Hz Port). Not being a fan of Samsung's crappy operating system and no other manufacturer offers everything i had on my old tv, I ended up staying with LG. Was originally looking to purchase a tv from a Big Box Club Store but they were missing alot of the same features I had on my other tv so I looked at this tv at a Big Box Store (the one that everyone knows of) but it was about $150 more than what Amazon had and would take about 2-3 days to get delivered. I didnt really want to spend my hard earned money at that big box store, I ended up finding the exact same tv and purchased it on Amazon for much cheaper. Also got it delivered for free much quicker (within 1 day). Was delivered very quickly and personally mounted it on my wall bracket. Setup was very easy. If your looking to purchase this tv make sure to adjust the picture settings and sound settings. Even though there is a AI assisted picture and sound guide, I found it was horrible and completely screwed up the picture and sound. Made it look to washed out and to much treble. Took about 20mins going through each picture setting and adjusting. I corrected the picture and sound settings for each input and once I did that it made a HUGE difference. I currently have an Nvidia Shield w/Tivimate on it, a PS5, a Roku Ultra and then an HDMI switch that has a Bluray Player, a Nintendo Switch, a Raspberry Pi w/RetroPie installed on it and a Nintendo Wii. All my devices work great and sound great too. No issues with gaming capability, Each device connected to it has good picture and sound quality. I am very happy with this TV and the LG brand. Hopefully I can get another 5+ years out of it. Didn't purchase an extended warranty as they are sort of pointless and will not be honored. ... show more

I should begin by saying the picture was fine. Sound was maybe odd, but I didn’t have it long enough to try the different settings. The tv was delivered damaged, unknown to me until I removed the screen covering to discover the bezel bent and exposing the lights on the side, not LGs fault, that is on Amazon. The thing that caused the tv to lose so many points was the awful “magic remote “. It is so difficult to select a choice with the cursor design ; you have to hold the remote with both hands and then click several times for a response. The logic in the operation of the tv is immensely strange and infathomable. Just a frustrating experience on all counts. Used the tv for three days waiting for the pickup and told myself never again LG. Also I don’t know why all the manufacturers have eliminated direct access channel selection. My wife refused to touch the remote after a few minutes as many buttons are not labeled. Guess I will go back to Samsung. ... show more

Best TV I've ever bought! ❤️ I had a 70" LED LG for 3 years. I loved it. I decided it was time to upgrade. This time I knew I had to get another LG because I like the LG OS. I also knew I wanted a 75" and 120hz. I binge watch a lot and sleep with my TV on. So OLED was a no go because they don't last as long as mini LED. I spent 3 weeks doing research and watching Christmas sales before pulling the trigger. SOUND 🎶 I really like the WOW orchestra. I had been wondering for years why don't TVs allow you to play sound from both TV and soundbar at the same time. Well now you can!! ❤️ I purchased a LG S90TR soundbar home theater too. They pair great. Dolby Atmos is amazing 👏🏻 you can actually feel the sound wash over your body. It's like being in the movie. PICTURE 📺 OMG, The colorsare so bright and the black is actually Black! I first noticed when I opened Netflix and saw that amazing bright red. Dolby Vision is amazing 👏🏻 I do recommend that when you setup this TV you remember to calibrate the AI, colors, etc... this TV has a lot of tech and it took me a while to get everything adjusted just right. CONs 👎🏻 1 it has halo effects. Which means if you are watching a dark image and have white subtitles on you will see what looks like a halo around the letters, it's not that bad TBH. 2 The glare is more than I expected, but if you are in a dark room it's OK. I only notice a glare when I'm watching a dark scene with my lamp on. ... show more

Pros: Picture is Great! Easy to set-up. Sound is OK not great but plenty of options to change it. Cons: WiFi is AWFUL! If you are going Ethernet should have no issues, otherwise prepare for long delays when changing channels or menus. I have had it for 4 months and now there are these blue/white dots (in a grid pattern) on the screen. I contacted LG Support. It took 90 mins of live chatting for the rep to tell me that they didn't have anyone available in my area to service it. "My area" is New York City! How is that possible? So the live chat ended with them saying that LG would reach out to set up a service appointment. That was over a week ago. I paid over $1600 for a tv and it broke within 4 months & I cannot get a hold of anyone at LG to fix it. ... show more
