Bought this to replace a 55 inch Samsung and truthfully I like this tv much better. Obviously the size is nice but it’s got a great picture , easy to use and set up as well. The interface is pretty user friendly but I will say that the pointer feature inform the remote on screen is a bit odd, would be nice if ya could turn the pointer off. Terrific picture. , very easy set up. Don’t over think it. The AI incorporated in this TV helps you along. When we were setting up an LG Sound bar it nearly installed itself. Incorporated AI helped guide us through the set up and once registered our Magic Remote connected to both the TV and Soundbar for seamless operation. Note; there is no paper operator manual. We purchased this tv less than a year ago and enjoyed it until we no longer had a picture. I contacted LG and a customer support rep helped us troubleshoot and deemed the tv needed a service repair rep to fix. This was a month ago, I have contacted LG twice since the initial call and every time they want to troubleshoot again. The warranty will expire in September, maybe they are trying to delay. All I’ve gotten from LG warranty is excuses. Our tv stopped working on May 6th, I have made numerous follow up calls after no actions were taken. This smart television had 3 HDMI ports, one of which was used to interface easily with our Cox remote box and the second to connect with a separate CD Player. Also, interfaced the TV to the internet using Wi-Fi via our secure router. Note: Only used two of the three HDMI Ports. The setup software for the TV functioned properly and was very intuitive. The TV dimensions were accurate, and its desktop stand legs worked perfectly and are very strong and sturdy.
