The picture quality and TV is great however I cannot stand the remote and don't use it myself very often. The remote will come up on the screen like a mouse on a computer. Its aggravating to me however my wife Absolutely loves the TV. The TV has a lot of options and functionality which is great and the picture quality is the best I have ever had so far. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. We redid our basement and needed a large tv to complete the room - it is mounted and I have added the name of the mount below. Delivery was a little slow and while challenging to deal with the delivery company, it did arrive and they brought it through my walkout basement door. If you need a tv this week, this may not be the one for you. I needed 120 Hz for refresh and this is a good price point for that. Rarely does something come along and just blow me away. When I turned this TV on, it was like immersing myself in a scene where everything was more beautiful and colorful than you could dream it to be. Called my wife in to look and she said she was almost entering sensor overload. Had my grandkids over the other day and we watched Avatar, The Way of Water - my daughter and her husband were astounded at the colors and how vivid the scenes were. I couldn't afford a QLED or an OLED for the size we wanted so was looking for something that would still be decent and large. This TV blows them all away.

This review is for the 75-inch QNED series 80... Amazon/LG needs to CORRECT the title for the QNED 80 series as they are NOT MINI-LED. This series, with exception of the 86-inch model, are EDGE LIT. Always do your research before buying a TV, don't trust ads or titles, although advertising these sets as Mini-LED is borderline false advertising. I tried hard to find the difference in visual quality between the QNED 80 and 85 series before deciding to purchase this set. There are a few notable differences between the 80 and 85 series...first and foremost, a $500 price difference. Secondly, the 80 series doesn't support Dolby Vision. Last but not least, the 80 series are edge-lit (except for the 86" model) and the 85 series are mini-LED lit. The question is, was I willing to drop another $500 for mini-LED lighting and Dolby Vision? For the life of me, I could not tell the difference between the edge and mini-LED lighting on the same 75-inch sets when comparing the two. Both looked almost identical (configured identically at an electronics store, side-by-side), certainly nothing I could see that would justify a $500 price tag difference for some barely noticeable to marginal differences in black levels. LG TV's are well-built. The back of the TV is a sheet of metal, which is why these sets weigh 70+ lbs in the 75-inch size range. Cheaper TV sets, such as TCL and Hisense, are 100% plastic on the exterior. The picture quality of this set is amazing. It rivals OLED quality, just doesn't quite have the contrast or black levels of an OLED, but also not subject to burn-in or shorter lifespan of an OLED set. Last but not least, the price point on these is reasonable...this is a great mid-level set that'll rival the picture quality of higher-end sets costing twice as much, if not more. The WebOS is quite responsive, set up is very easy and intuitive, and responsiveness of the display with modern gaming systems (PS5) is absolutely amazing. For 120Hz 4K, make sure you're using HDMI cables that meet the 2.1 HDMI specs, for 48Gbps throughput, or you may not get 120Hz to your set. Definitely recommend LG QNED series TV. A picture is worth 1000 words, a great 120Hz picture must be worth at least $1000 bucks...

Love it! This is the biggest screen I've personally had, and man, I feel like I'm at the movies! I like the LG software system, and this TV is easy to use. Not disappointed at all. I don't game, so I just use it to watch streaming shows, with a direct ethernet connection. Love it!

Look elsewhere and spend more money for a better tv if you can. First one we got there was a dent on the back that affected the picture - it was lightened in the top right corner. Returned and ordered another as a replacement and this one has flash lighting issues (white light on the edges of the tv) especially visible when there’s black bars on a movie or show. When we watched a particularly dark show, the whole screen can’t handle blacks. It’s like a soft white light across various portions of the dark picture/screen. Don’t even know if we can return it because the service that unpacked it took our box. So now we have to get a box to return it too. And still need a new TV. Save yourself the trouble with this one and pay more for less hassle.

Nothing bad to say about this tv as of yet. Was going back and forth between the OLED (my brother has a smaller one), mini LED, or this and couldn’t help but go this route because resolution/frame rate, gaming compatibility and settings, the fact I could get a 75” at cheaper price than OLED 60” or so. and gotta say - amazon adding monthly interest free payments is a game changer. Everyone should do this. Oh yea and remote is nifty.
