This LG G4 is really really good. Picture quality is the best I've ever seen. It also gets plenty bright unlike OLED screens in the past, so watching on a sunny day is pretty much reflection free. I haven't hooked up my old soundbar yet as I'm happy with the tv speakers, especially the 'clear voice pro' setting.

I've been an Amazon customer for many years, and this might be my first review. I check reviews a lot so it's time to include one! The mount that comes with this TV is small and is designed to fit into the back when it's pushed back. Thus making it look very close the wall (image 2). Cable slots in the back to snap them in. No ties required! Bluetooth compatible so I listen with my wireless headphones. I've never had a TV that could to that. Easy settings interface. And last but first...WHAT AN IMAGE!!! Picture modes Vivid, Standard, 2 Cinema modes, Filmmaker mode plus another you can personalize. So clear and vivid in all modes. Just have to play with them based on what you're watching. 4K shows are amazingly clear. Nothing compares.

The TV was supposed to come with Deluxe Delivery & Unpack (DDU), which is described to include that the workers will "place the TV in your desired location if no defects or damage are found". Well, these guys wouldn't even take it out of the box when I said I want to attach mounting brackets and hang the TV from my BDI media cabinet. They said they can't mount to the wall. Not only did the DDU description not say that, I didn't want to mount to the wall, just my cabinet. It couldn't have been any easier but they refused to do it. So I refused the TV and will get the same model from Best Buy plus get free Geek Squad installation & mounting for the same overall price as Amazon is selling it. 2 thumbs down to the DDU team. The TV is probably great.

This LG G4 is a move up from my LG C1 OLED. The biggest difference is the brightness of the screen and the high degree of contrast between bright and dark images. Watching MLB games is particularly startling as the uniforms are so gripping in appearance for their clarity. Also the details in faces is revealing. As good as the C1 was this is that much better. Worth the cost!

We finally decided to retire our old Samsung plasma monitor, upgrading to this OLED G-series in 65”. The picture quality is noticeably superior w this new device. And it runs cool, unlike that old plasma one. I’m on the fence re: LG’s webOS interface, though. Old dogs and new tricks as they say; I’m used to navigating everywhere in AppleTV (we run an antenna plus Sling, Amazon Prime, Peacock, MHz, Britbox and Acorn, as well as YouTube and our Apple library). Fortunately, I have the option to still do that while enjoying everything in visual higher clarify. The hilt-in sound is an improvement over our previous set, although like most people we instead opt for the external soundbar(s) w subwoofer(s) to get better emersion. (FYI - don’t discard the packing styrofoam until you are positive you have the TV setup as you wish … you’ll need those 3 foam structures that came with the original box to hold the TV steady and in place both while you build the stand and anytime it’s not employed in its final resting place).

When I unboxed and set up my new t v and turned it on, it had vertical lines in the gray screening test. All I had to do to repair that was to run the pixel refresher for ten minutes. I ran the test twice just to be sure, and the vertical lines we're one hundred percent completely gone. I will admit that I was very upset about it when I first saw it. But i'm extremely happy that the solution was so simple and that there really is no actual failure in my screen. It's also recommended to run hdr content from youtube, four of them, the first couple of hours, of run time. This is an excellent product.I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I'll try to keep this short out of respect for attention spans these days. But the seller, Modia coordinated delivery swiftly. The palette arrived on a freight truck in great condition, but sadly there was an issue with vertical striping in the panel. This is where Vinny from Modia stepped in. I was uneasy, with this being such a big ticket item, my mind went straight to "is this a scam?" But nothing could be further from the truth! I provided Vinny photos and he arranged a replacement SO fast it darn well made gave me whiplash! Not only did the replacement get here AND had no issues whatsoever, but Vinny provided EXCEPTIONAL communication and coordinated the pickup of the defective unit. The TV's on the wall and looks GORGEOUS, and you simply couldn't ask for better customer service than Vinny with Modia. Exceptional! I simply couldn't be happier in the service I was provided. (Oh, and the TV is insane as well. Brilliant colors, butter smooth refresh rate. Looks surreal!)
