Description

The LG LW1025RSM is not only cool — it's SMART! Cool your home from anywhere using LG ThinQ technology to control your smart window air conditioner with your phone or use with Amazon Alexa and Hey Google to have control with the sound of your voice. This quiet window AC unit boasts a cooling capacity of 10,000 BTU and is ideal for cooling medium rooms up to 450 sq. ft. with 3 cooling and fan speeds and a 24-hour timer you can use to create a cooling schedule. It’s easy to use with a user-friendly digital control panel, and its 4-way air deflection lets the flow of air be directed where it's needed most whether cooling, dehumidifying or just circulating air. If there is a power outage, the auto restart feature will automatically turn your window unit back on when power is restored. This AC fits window openings 22” – 36”W x 13”H and is well suited for rooms 15 ft x 30 ft. Sent product back because after installing it this product was very loud. The delivery handlers had dropped it several times while delivering it to my house and returning it was very problematic. Not sure if I would recommend having this send to your house may be best to deal locally.

Unit was installed and made loud fan noise. Contacted LG support and a technician was dispatched. After diagnosing the problem as "unfixable", we have been waiting since March for LG Customer Service to replace or refund our money. All we have received are constant excuses. Very poor customer care.

This air conditioner works great. It is so loud you can’t hear yourself think. It rattles the wall and your brain while you’re in the same room with it. Would not suggest buying!!!
