  • A Good quality torque wrench
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
I bought this to cover inch pounds I have other lexivon torque wrenches but not in inch lbs and so far very happy with this wrench, works great, carry case is nice, clicks are clear as day to feel and hear, torque seems dead on, very happy with purchase

  • Baby Brother
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
I was given a 1/2" drive version of this tool for Christmas and am impressed with its quality and value. I've been a DIY car guy my whole life and have always owned a torque wrench, my old one got so worn I can't read the numbers on half the scale anymore so I asked for a new one. I was impressed with it for the price point and it is consistent with my old one best I can tell. Well, then the need arose for an inch pound model to set the pinion bearing preload on a rear end I'm building, so I ordered this little guy. The enclosed documentation says it's accurate, as you increase the tension it adjusts consistently. I have no reason to believe it's not doing exactly what it is designed to do. The click isn't as audible as I'd like but you can feel it just fine. It should make a great little addition to my weekend warrior arsenal of tools. I don't know why, but I thought it'd be bigger. It's so small it's kinda cute. It looks hilarious with a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter, a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter, and a 34mm deep impact socket on it, but it'll do the job just fine. ... show more

  • 5-stars!
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
Works great! I needed to tighten down some bolts that needed more torque than a Torque Screwdriver could put out in Inch Lbs. It only comes in 1/4" drive. The 3/8" drive comes in Ft Lbs measurement. I ordered that by accident and had to reorder the 1/4" drive. The tools are cheap so I kept the 3/8" drive. I figure I could use it later. Hope this helps! ... show more

  • Nicely built. Great value! Durability in question though...
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
This is a very easy to use torque wrench. The action of the handle adjustment is pretty smooth. Not exactly "Snap-On"-smooth, but by no means feels cheap. The click is adequate, but could be a little louder and stronger. The up-down movement of the settings' lock ring has mediocre click to it. You can tell when it's locked or released, but a stronger detent snap would be nice. I did have an early problem with the lock ring refusing to move into the locked position regardless of torque setting. So, I adjusted the torque setting all the way max to 150 in.-lb., tried to toggle the lock again, no joy, came back down to 10 in.-lb., and then the lock ring functioned totally properly again at any torque setting. This lock ring issue is my only real niggle with the tool so far, and time will tell if the problem returns... The yellow text on black tool makes for very easy reading of settings. Great feel in hand, and nice apparent build quality. I do wish that it came with a hard-shell case instead of a zippered plastic-foam case though. Assuming the lock ring issue was a one-off, this is a great tool and an exceptional value. Frankly, I'm surprised a torque wrench of this caliber can retail for such a low price. I'll update this review if I have any problems with the tool. ... show more

  • Get the one that favors in-lb adjustment if that is what you use most
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
Very nice tool that is ideal for low inch-pound settings, which is perfect for gun mounts. Each rotation is 10 inch pounds on this one. Be aware that most of the other torque wrenches this manufacturer makes favor Newton-meter settings. Both in-lb and n-m can be dialed in on any of them, but if you primarily deal with in-lb then get the kind where a full rotation is an even integer adjustment (like 10 in-lb). This manufacturer also sells a wrench with a nice set of bits, marketed for bicycle riders; unfortunately that wrench favors n-m increment adjustments and wouldn't be as well suited for firearms. This is a quality tool that nicely locks in a torque setting. ... show more

  • Ratcheting mechanism FAILED after 11 uses.
Size: 1/4"DR. 10~150 IN-LB Handle Material: Knurled Handle
Broke after 11 uses. The ratcheting head will not stay engaged. This is true in both directions. I attempted to troubleshoot the tool, but the failure continued to occur through multiple torque setting values. If the basic ratcheting mechanism is faulty, I have to question the accuracy of the torque values for all of the LEXIVON measurement tools. ... show more

I’m not familiar with the brand but have a tape measure I’m pleased with and decided to try the 1/4” Lexivon torque wrench and am very pleased with the quality and appearance.
