Easy setup, came fully charged. Installed into a new helmet with no issues. Speakers are loud and clear! Could not get it to link to our older comms that came installed in Bilt helmets, but didn't think they would.

These are pretty decent. I haven’t used the intercom function yet but over all sound is pretty good. There are times when the connection between my bike, phone and headset messes up. If you can from what I’ve noticed is let the phone connect first then turn the bike on. Once set up using them seems pretty easy.

These intercom's are garbage DO NOT BUY! I had to rate 1 star or else it would be a minus... I bought these for me and my son to use but while riding on the freeway, we just couldn't hear each other. Also, I bought for a graduation gift in March, gave it to him to use in May and now they won't return the items. I tried reaching out to Lexin but was ghosted in dealing to try to get a return. They offered on one new intercom, does me no good. Horrible company to deal with, Never again!! Good value for the money. It works great as far as connectivity, and also with battery life. The sound quality, however, is mediocre to poor. Pros: Cost Build quality seems decent Connectivity Battery life is excellent Same type charge port as iPhone. Makes cord carrying easy. Cons: Directions for mounting are poor at best Directions for pairing to phone, passenger and others are as bad or worse Forget these for music, they have no tonal quality at all. No bass, they sound like a 1960's transistor radio. Voice quality is adequate, but not great Foam keeps falling off of microphone. No o-ring, twist tie, etc to hold it on On my modular helmet, hard to choose mounted to unit vs. stick on mike boom. Instructions no help at all. Unit is not very securely snapped into the clip that goes onto the helmet. Pops off quite a bit, but the cord keeps it close

This unit really punches above it's weight. I was quite surprised with how well it sounds and works. It's no Cardo or Sena, but for me the price is worth it. It even sounds better and works better than my original ExoCom (Gen1). If you have multiple helmets and don't want to swap units around or ride with just a few people, this is the one. Also, you need to take into consideration what helmet your using. Some helmets are quiter than others and you may notice sound difference between them like my AT960 Adventure Helemt is louder at speed than my HJC RPHA 91. All in all you can't beat the price.
