I love this couch!
Color: Grey
I love this couch! We got it a week early Tuesday 24th of January 2023...bonus, it wasn't hard to put together at all. We received all the pieces it was supposed to have. The only thing is it is very heavy. It came in 2 boxes and both boxes were extremely heavy but I can't complain because I absolutely love it. It was a little pricey but Definitely worth the money, it is also very sturdy so it should hold up for a long time. Great purchase!!

Good buy
Color: Grey
The sofa is sturdy and the color and material is nice. The pullout part pulls out easily and smoothly. The issue with this sofa if that the legs have to be put on and the wheels also but there are no predrilled holes for the screws and you are not able to use a drill either because the screws strip easily. I wasted so much time trying to make sense of the directions because I thought I was doing something wrong. The sofa was delivered by Ceva home delivery and originally it was supposed to be on a Saturday, I later found out they don’t even do Saturday delivery. They didn’t show up or call on deliver day. After a whole bunch of back and forth over a few days they were able to track down my sofa and deliver it within a few days.

Comfy and classy
Color: Grey
Here is my review right after opening it. The instructions to put it together are extremely vague and not really helpful. One of the legs came broken, and there are no holes where the holes should be - in order to screw them on, on the couch and on the legs themselves. It seems like I need to create the holes on both. Which makes it difficult to know exactly where to place them. The couch is a blue grey, in some lights it looks more blue and some lights blue grey. As of now, I have the couch set up without the legs and wheels as I am waiting for the manufacturer to call me back for some assistance. Besides for this. The couch is comfy and classy and what I was looking for :)

Great couch!!
Color: Grey
Although there was a little damage upon delivery, I love this couch! I was a little worried about ordering a couch online, not having sat on it, or seen the fabric in person, but I am very pleased. It was delivered right on time as scheduled in 2 large boxes. Unboxing was easy, screwing the legs on required a screwdriver and some strength, as there were no pilot holes. once the legs and caster wheels were on, assembly was easy. The storage area in the chaise is large and spring-loaded, which makes it easy to open. The pull out is easy to operate and makes a generous queen size with plenty of room to lay fully out. I am 5'8" and probably had at least another 6 inches of length room. The cushions are firm, and I love the medium gray color (NOT dark gray) it has alot of blue tones which goes great in my blue-gray room. The fabric is a low-pile chenille. Awesome addition to our multi-purpose room!

It would be amazing if I wasn't missing half of it
Color: Grey
Only 1 box of the 2 arrived. I am so bummed that I only have half of a couch (chase lounge and back of the couch did not arrive). I would have repurchased the entire couch had the price not gone up $300 the week after my purchase. Wish I could just purchase the missing parts. Quality is awesome, though the screws for the wheels on the pull out quickly stripped and fell off.

This is a great couch with lots of storage!
Color: Grey
I love this couch so much. The storage is amazing as well as the foldable ottoman underneath! Just be careful if you have cats so they don't get stuck underneath. This couch is very comfortable and I highly recomend purchasing it.

NO HARDWARE OR FEET INCLUDED
Color: Grey
WE DIDN'T RECIEVED ANY HARDWARE OR THE FEEL OF THE COUCH. FOR THE PRICE OF THIS COUCH, I THINK IT'S UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OUT.

Cheap parts
Color: Grey
This product is very cheap nothing came pre drilled and I had to buy new wheels just to make it fit well. Nothing but problems with this couch.
