The couch was professionally delivered with care. Placed inside front door just as instructed. The couch is well made and looks fantastic. My one small dislike is the couch feet. They are made of plastic and I would have preferred wooden ones. Other than that the couch looks very nice and elegant.

Overall I would be very happy with the couch. It looks nice, the dimensions are nice compared to so many love seats that are just tiny, and the back cushions are very soft. While the bottom is firm as noted by others it is not uncomfortable. Two people can sit in it comfortably with plenty of space. This would probably get a 4 or 5 from me except for two things. 1) We had a hard time assembling it, and we are neither mechanically disinclined nor do we lack tools. The bottom of the couch has four holes drilled as if that is where the feet should be screwed in, but they did not align with the holes in the feet either spatially or in number. Expect to either drill new holes in the bottom of the couch to properly install the feet, do it incorrectly with their pre-drilled holes and accept the possibility of collapse, or screw it in to the best of your ability without pre-drilling. We also had to take a hammer to the back of the couch to fit its pegs into their slots in the bottom. Both sides had to be hammered to bend the metal pegs but ultimately we got it to fit. 2) I'm most upset that the top of the couch has a big (several inches long by an inch wide) spot of glue on it that I was not able to remove and that I cannot easily hide. When it came out of the box it was stuck to a glue spot on the underside of the couch. It is half-hardened but still sticky and dark and shiny so it stands out against the fabric of the couch. My best hope is to cover it up with a throw but I don't want it to stick to or get on anything else. Even this would not be such a problem if this couch had been particularly cheap. After tax I still paid $500 for it. I wasn't expecting fantastic quality but I was at least expecting there to not be errant glue in visible places. This couch is in my living room in my apartment and it is not a small couch it's a normal sized couch. It was extremely easy to assemble the cushions are a little stiff but I like that because after time they will probably be perfect but at least they will not go to soft right away

We had a bit of a problem putting it together, and it's not the greatest quality. However, for what we paid, it was a good buy. We really like the set. It looks great and it's high enough to get up easily.

The couch is nice to look at but it is the most uncomfortable seat I ever sat on. Its hard as a rock!! And the couch was not cheap. How would I return it, very very disappointed.

I like the set, if you don't everyone lounging on your furniture then get this set because it's definitely not for lounging but is comfortable and firm. It is a little light weight, it moves around easily. Especially if you have hardwood floors, I'm not sure I like that or not.
