I have never built my own couch from pieces in a box. So, I was a little shocked to discover pieces of a couch hidden inside of itself... I instantly thought that only half the product was in the box? And, the box could have easily fit in the back of a truck or SUV with the seats down. > (PROS) > The final product is beautiful, clean, and looks great in any room (IMHO) > It's compact and lightweight (approximately 50lbs / 23 kg)... might be heavier in a wet box > The assembly was simple - just follow the pictorial. Make sure the side arms go on first (talking to myself) > There was no odor to deal with; no particles of foam protection to clean up > The seating height is good for tall people - but no upper back and neck support (oh well) > (CONS/Gripes) > I usually knock off a star for poor Quality Controls (QC). In my case: there were two missing screws - found at LOWES an hour later. The good news: the screws and washers are common (8 X 1.25 mm, 60 long). So, this added $15 USD to the purchase (no foul) > The couch pieces were wrapped perfectly - but the delivery box is slightly better than a wet paper bag (expect something to fall out) Overall: I am surprised at the Comfort and Quality of this couch. This couch was so easy to assemble even for one person doing so. Took about 10 minutes total once I got it out of the box. Measurements correct but the fabric was not the color described in the ad. Grey is slightly blue and the fabric was the best texture but not horrible. It feels almost like a slightly fuzzy denim. I bought a couch cover so it's a bit better. ... show more

I Love the material and the quality. I was not expecting the cushions to be attached to the base. Can't flip or rotate them to help even out the wear. Also, a bit more on the blue shade than the dark grey. Still very satisfied non the less.

Received sofa a day early, I happen to be home so no problem. It was valentines weekend so we stored the parcel until my spouse and i returned from a holiday. Upon return we assembled and was dismayed it had a rip on the leg. I was contacting amazon for return but they responded with out of stock and i would not be able to return and expect a replacement. I tried again to contact amazon on chat and to no avail... was directed to return page with the same conclusion. Rather than go without a sofa for a period of time I have kept the sofa. I tried to ask for a discount or refund of some amount to compensate but was once again redirected to the return page. If the sofa had been in stock I would have opted for a return. THe color was bluer than expected. I thought a dark grey would be more charcoal in color. THe sofa is firm for seating a slightly narrow from buttock to back, it fits and looks decent so I decided to keep. ... show more

I really enjoy this sofa. It’s comfy and has enough space for snuggling. It was fairly easy to assemble and the delivery drivers were very nice.

First off it was missing a bolt and washer, had to go buy one, then one of the holes to put the foot on was stripped and had to fix that, lastly 3 holes in the material on the underside of the couch and way to much material there, had to staple it uo so it didn't hang on the floor

    • Not worth the price for what you are getting.
This is my first bad review of a product Ive gotten on amazon. The price to quality just isnt there. Returning this. After very minimal use over 2 months the fabric started “Beading Up” and became very rough across the whole seating area. Material feels extremely thin and cheap. The pads sank in 1 area after a weekend of use and never “Bounced” back. The couch looks nice, but the seat cushions are not removable. Couch does look nice, loved it the first week, but since then it has been disappointing and I just couldn't bring myself to justify the price so its going back. ... show more
