Huge gamble anytime you buy furniture without seeing the build quality and support hardware... but so far this chair exceeded expectations. Great seat width. Good angle. Decent depth for a tall guy. No wondering if it’s gonna collapse under me like a sitcom skit. A house guest that’s 5’2” sat in it end loved it as well. Build: Quick to assemble. Be sure NOT to entirely tighten down all screws- leave just a little more screw down room. The two cams in the lower front support bar can be finicky, but just remember lace them if the long screws get hung up. Totally not a big deal. Overall simple and straightforward directions. 5-10 minutes tops. Be sure to tight down all those semi loose bolts, and I recommend wood glue on the dowels where needed. Seat Comfort: Again, this is coming from a tall broad shouldered guy... pretty darned good considering the price point. This isn’t a $500-1000 chair, but it doesn’t look, feel or sit like a cheap or regrettable purchase. Material feels thick. Seat cushion is actually great: dense foam that’s not thin, has some give but still very supportive. Solid chair. Fantastic mid-century Modern reproduction (see my pictures) Overall: I got this as a ‘like new return’ and at a great price ($155). Absolutely worth the price. I’d say this is a fantastic chair at $200. I got it in gray and it’s a great neutral choice. Almost wish I’d gotten the orange! In conclusion: RECOMMENDED. ... show more

Great chairs for the price! We moved into a 475sqft studio and needed chairs for a small sitting area and this fit the bill! The color is fun and the chairs are on the firmer side, but comfortable which should help to stave off the cushions from sagging for a bit. Do not tighten the bolts until you have put in all of the bolts, otherwise you won’t be able to get them to line up and will end with a crooked chair. Tighten them just enough to keep them in place and once all bolts are in, tighten to your hearts content. ... show more

For everybody, if you have some thing wrong with your order, there are no body to talk to, for return there are a $50.00 fee, that is not written any where on there web page. so if you have something wrong, like the smell of the furniture or the texture or when you sit on the sofa like sitting on a rock, it is sold and have no comfort, the handle is so thin and low. there are so many defect, and no body to talk to. you send your item and wait, we still waiting for our refund, now it is almost a month. I think it's great for the price. The scale of the furniture makes the room look bigger. Yet it fits a 6 foot person. It's not really for TV watching or sleeping. Useful to keep guests moving, no one would sit on it for hours...... I bought it simply for show and extra seating when needed. I don't feel it would hold up to pets or children for too long, but that's just a guess. ... show more

    • Good enough for the price, there's a lot of room for improvement of the product.
I like the style and the fabric, also that the set is high enough above the surface for easy cleaning. I was disappointed with the sturdiness of the sofa bar in the front I think it could been better if the benefactors used thicker wood. Also , the dawrads were smaller than the hole so they fitted flimsy into the leg part. Worst part is that there was enough styrofoam in the package to insulate a house I wish that the menifactor star using recyclable materials to cut down the carbon footprint. ... show more
