My first Grandchild to get married....had to have something special! He and his bride to be found this set and fell in love with it. It was delivered with no issues and they were able to easily assemble. They are in love with the set and meets their décor to a tea.

    • Arrived damaged/Lexicon customer service never answers the phone or returns your phone call or email
This dining set arrived damaged with the following issues: 1) I did not receive the bag of bolts needed to assemble the bench. 2) One of the table legs arrived with a large crack extending to two sides of the table leg. 3) Another table leg arrived with two prominent dents near the top of the leg. 4) The top of the table arrived with noticeable stains/blotches. I called and left voice messages to Lexicon customer service several times over several weeks and emailed them, but was never able to reach or receive a call back from a person. It's like there's a number, and there's an email address for customer service, but there is no actual customer service department; you're just thrown for a loop. Note: the table also comes with a hazard warning regarding potential exposure to wood dust. I highly advise against purchasing this table; because although the parts that were not defective looked nice, if your table arrives with any defects, you won't be able to get any replacements/service from Lexicon and will have to return the set (and will have to take the time to repackage everything, after going through all the time and work of taking everything out of the box, etc.). Thankfully, Amazon customer service was able to help me to return the set. ... show more

This table is a beautiful table...however I waited two weeks for it to be delivered after the two weeks it ended up running late and waited another week for it to come in... I started to put the table together and one of the chairs legs are broken and another chair has some chipping to it. also 2 of my chairs legs are shorter so the chairs wobble. I expected something better especially for the extended waiting period. was very disappointed because the table itself is beautiful ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to assemble !! I was nervous about purchasing this at this price . But I’m so glad I did this table is amazing super sturdy it’s not short like I thought it would be. Amazing quality !!

I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness, thickness and weight. It is a very dark gray. Also, it’s great for my family but I think a really tall or large person would find it small and short.
