Great Little Reel!! This thing had no problem handling large crappie, bream and even a large bass with the drage set right! It comes already spooled with Mr. Crappie 4lb hi-vis line, which is great and what I normally would run on a reel like this anyway. I have mine paired with a Mr. Crappie Slab Shaker 10' rod and it is a blast to wear out some panfish on, and has became my favorite crappie fishing/jigging combo's! The reel has a really good anti-reverse feature, which I keep it on, or you can switch it with a leaver and use the handle to let line out, if that is something you are into. It has a really smooth front adjustable drag system and a really nice sound to let you know when a fish is pulling drag. So far it has been a great little reel, and I have caught a lot of great fish with it. In my opinion it's the best reel in its price point for its size, and I will be ordering another one. ... show more

Decent, cheap ultra light reel. Haven’t caught anything on it yet since it’s still super cold, but no doubt it will get the job done! Paired it with a 6.5 ft ugly stick ultra light from Walmart. Nice affordable combo for panfishing.
