This is something I hadn't heard of before, but boy is it awesome! It is the perfect gift for a foodie or even a small business owner. I had to watch several videos to get the hang of how to operate it but hubs and I have had quite the bit of fun making... brownies and such ... LOL while testing it out. To get the most out of it, definitely see what others are doing for the most inspiration. The price is high, but the returns are many and is a phenomenal addition to our kitchen.

I want to preface this by saying I am not someone who buys kitchen gadgets impulsively. I researched this machine thoroughly, watched videos, read reviews, and purchased it specifically because of the marketing around ease of use, the set-it-and-forget-it promise, and the Large Potency Pod’s implied ability to produce higher potency output. I paid over $400 for the machine and pod combined. I’ve used it once. Here’s what my actual experience looked like: The decarb process took 8-10 hours across three rounds. This was not hands-off. I had to remain present and involved throughout because the heating process required monitoring. For a machine marketed specifically around convenience and automation, that’s a significant gap between expectation and reality. The Large Potency Pod is the more disappointing purchase. The name implies meaningfully higher potency results. What the marketing doesn’t tell you is that the potency — regardless of how much or how high quality your input material is, you are always diluting into minimal amounts per serving. The math makes high potency small format consumables essentially unachievable. The word “potency” in the pod name is misleading at best. I’ve worked through the numbers extensively. To hit a meaningful dose per serving in something like a small chocolate or gummy, you would need input material of a concentration that isn’t realistic for most home users. The machine is capable of producing low to moderate potency tinctures and cooking oils — nothing more. I contacted customer support who were responsive and professional. They sent instructions to address a heating issue I experienced. I appreciate that. But no troubleshooting resolves the fundamental limitation for end product potency. The machine is well built. The app is fine. It looks good on a counter. But at this price point it significantly underdelivers on its core promise for anyone serious about potency. If you are a casual user making low dose infused cooking oils or butter and convenience is your only priority — this machine might work for you. If you are purchasing it because you want to make genuinely potent consumables at home, save your money. The marketing sets expectations this machine cannot meet. I would not buy this again and I cannot recommend it.

I originally purchased the Levo Lux in mid-2023 and immediately inquired multiple times about an extended warranty. Unfortunately, I never received a response. At the time of purchase, adding an extended warranty was not an option at checkout, yet my inquiries post-purchase were ignored. Less than a year later, the device began experiencing issues with the latch and was also scorching expensive flower at the bottom. After reaching out to customer service and going back and forth, they eventually sent a warranty replacement. While the replacement unit functioned, it continued to have issues with scorching and took an excessive amount of time to reheat. Despite further communication with customer service, the issue remained unresolved. At that point, I once again inquired about the extended warranty but received no response. Fast forward to today (02/03/2025), just over a year after receiving the replacement unit, the same latch issue has occurred again—an issue that numerous customers have reported. Despite troubleshooting extensively, the device continues to display a "close lid" error, even when the lid is securely closed. Upon contacting customer service, I was provided with basic troubleshooting steps (which I had already attempted) and was ultimately told I would need to purchase a new device, with a 20% discount offered as compensation. Adding to the frustration, the company is currently running a 15% promotion, making this so-called resolution feel like an insult. When I questioned why I was never given the opportunity to add the extended warranty despite my documented inquiries, the representative simply referred back to company policy and emphasized "fairness." However, it seems fairness applies more to influencers receiving free devices than to loyal paying customers who have invested in multiple kits, replacement parts, and referrals. I did not expect a free replacement, even though this appears to be a well-documented issue with their devices. However, offering a mere 20% discount—when they frequently run similar promotions—feels disingenuous. A meaningful resolution, such as a 50% discount or a repaired unit, would have been more appropriate. Ultimately, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. There are far better alternatives available. Save your money.
