I purchased the machine in April. The Levo is incredibly easy to use and is appearance is clean and discrete enough, it blends in with other appliances well, so I leave it next to the coffee maker. The display is intuitive, but you do need to make sure that you hit start after hitting a selection. I also find cleaning to be easy. Its really just cleaning a metal magnet and a small metal magnet. The do have a new potency pod not available on amazon yet that I am looking forward to purchasing. NOW for the BAD. The plastic on the lid broke. I believe I saw another mention of that. It can happen. the test of the company is how they will resolve the issue. I have now completed the RMA process, a little cumbersome but they did send a UPS slip for the equipment and are sending me a new machine. Remember to keep the boxes and manuals for 1 year. Overall, I do like the machine.

Absolute garbage product, should be zero stars. Had it just over the year warranty; only used it three times, and the clip that snaps the lid shut broke. I don't even know how; it was stored safely in a box. Well guess what, it won't function unless that clip is telling it the lid is completely shut. Five hundred dollar product that has such horrible build quality that a simple piece of plastic breaking makes it inoperable. Zero help from customer service, no replacement for the lid, nothing. If you're in the market for a infuser I would look elsewhere.

great machine - used for infusing oils and it works great - must do the prep correctly other than that levo provides lots of teaching info. made a THC Nuclear cookie lol! along with gout fighting mixes for a friend pick a transport oil - then let garlic tumeric ginger do their thing - very solid construction.

This machine greatly simplifies the infusion process! Worth every penny. I have only infused mct oil but the infusion was thorough. You need to pay attention to the quantity of whatever you are infusing, especially if you are using mct or coconut oil because the oil adds liquid to your gummy mix.

I bought this to infuse botanical oils for my small business . Its super sharp appearance and design looked amazing. First use was uneventful, delivered oil as expected. It was somewhat confusing on the set up but I figured it out. The second time I used it, the latch that holds the hardware together on the inside of the lid broke, oil leaked all over my counter , got into the hardware inside the lid cover and can’t be snapped back on because the catch is broken. Temperature control was easy to operate, the size was perfect, no smell whatsoever. The value,… I expected that I would have been able to get more than 2 uses out of it considering the price. Very disappointing.
