Usually I buy reliable gaming headsets which are bulkier. It’s been a while since I bought specifically an office headset. I love that my work computer registers the plug in as wired - but these are Bluetooth wireless so I have freedom to move and roll around while working without getting caught up. No wire is also less for my cats to grab onto. The ear pieces do not cause ear strain or headaches, for me this is 100% a must and these passed the test with flying colors for comfort. What I also was worried about was how much noise do they block out- well I would say 90% sound blocking. I can still hear some** things but they’re very quiet. And if something is playing thru them to listen to, then I hear the outside even less. I take calls all day and I live in apartments, so what drove me to buy these was the reviews and the description of the AI microphone sound control. No one has commented on hearing the guys mowing, the tornado siren test, the cats knocking things around NOR my child knocking and asking “CAN YOU ..xyz” everyone has stated they hear me very clearly and no one asks “are you on a headset” or stated “you’re cutting in and out”. My coworkers have noticed and complimented the sound / mic quality. Bonus is the on off is a switch. It connects in like 2 seconds. Another bonus is this can be used on left or right ear, mic folds down either direction to a comfortable level. Con: instead of a tone on / off beep. When you mute and unmute it uses words. This covers over what is playing or others speaking. I find it distracting and not necessary. 2. The mute button is right on the side and if you fidget like me or need to move it on and off your ear to itch or anything. It is very easy to accidentally press the mute button. This one is a preference thing because considering all the controls, the placement makes sense and is still convenient to have where it is. 3. The volume buttons. If you press up and then press down it will keep going up. You have to press up and then wait a few seconds and then press down if you need to readjust the volume. You can’t fluidly up and down if needed. This is probably due to the headset being smart, and won’t really impact most the time. These are durable. The stand to charge them is wonderful and has two USB’s and two type C ports. These fit me well, and have room to adjust. I bought them on prime day but the value is money very well spent! I bought a second pair for my husband and he stated his head is bigger and he wishes they did have the option to adjust a bit more. He loves the mic can flip for either side of his head as well and he wished I bought one with only one headphone on one side. Which if you go thru the store, there are some available but he likes these so much he won’t let me trade them in. I’ve only had these about a week but the battery has lasted 2 full work days without telling me to charge it and each day I charge it on the stand after work. Let me preface this by saying I’ve been through more headsets than a call center in prime telemarketing season. Each one promised a symphony of crystal-clear audio and a cone of silence, only to deliver static, muffled voices, and the distinct sound of my neighbor's leaf blower making an impromptu appearance in my virtual meetings. My expectations, like my patience, were wearing thin. Then, these beauties arrived. Now, I won't lie, when I first unboxed them, I had that familiar skepticism. "Here we go again," I thought, "another set of ear warmers that will let my colleagues hear my dog snoring." Oh, how delightfully wrong I was! The first call I took with these on, it was like a magic trick. My usually bustling home office, a cacophony of children practicing their "interpretive dance" (read: jumping off furniture), a washing machine attempting lift-off, and the aforementioned dog's surprisingly loud breathing, suddenly… vanished. It was silent. I heard my colleague perfectly, and more importantly, they heard me! No more "Can you repeat that? It sounds like you're in a wind tunnel!" DO NOT BUY!!!! Zero stars! - headset worked for a week maybe 2 tops - I AM ON MY THIRD ONE WITH THIS BRAND!! Issue #1 - Calls that got transferred to me from co-workers and the headset isn’t receiving the transfer. I have to tell my co-workers trying to transfer the call to me, that I have to call the customer back. When calls are transferred, the customer cannot hear me and I cannot hear them! Issue #2 - multiple headsets purchased/received by this company- my headset would start unpairing and repairing itself to my computer about 15 times per day this experiencing obstacles for my job Issue #3 - Impacting work performance - I am in sales - my company operators/customer service operators are unable to verify me during normal process - they are unable to understand me when I speak my name and employee code - I say it slowly, each character at a time and it still can’t understand me with these headsets!! I have a $30 WIRED headset - standard USB and it works better than these headsets that cost double! My WIRED USB HEADSET gives me ZERO ISSUES! These headsets are advertised as noise cancellation - THEY ARE NOT - advertised as 5.2 and high quality - THEY ARE NOT Complete garbage ... show more

I’m very impressed with the Levin Wireless 5.2 headset. It’s extremely comfortable to wear, even for long periods. Pros: - Looks nice and sleek. Charging stand is functional. Relatively inexpensive for a wireless office headset. - Noise cancellation on the microphone is ostensibly working, BUT: I've only tested this headset with MS Teams. I've found there is noise cancellation built into Teams, so it's not clear whether the noise cancelling I'm experiencing is thanks to this headset or instead due to Teams. I'll add, it does a MUCH better job at filtering out breath sounds than my $20 wired Logitech headset. - Speaker sound quality: No complaints here. Very surprised at how much bass this produces. (You could listen to music on these if you don't mind a mono headset for that.) The mids/high-mids are a tiny bit muddled, but for conference calls it's a non-issue and totally reasonable at this price point. Now the downsides, which are enough to make me return this: - Primarily, the mic sound quality is pretty bad. It sounds fuller than my $20 Logitech wired headset mic, but it's not nearly as clear. The mic sounds muddy and muffled, and not at all crisp. There's just no excuse for the mic to be this bad at this price point. - There's a tiny stutter in the recorded mic audio, as often as a few times per second. I suspect this is from wireless buffering. It's not enough to make my words incomprehensible, but it's not how I want to represent myself to my work colleagues. It sounds like you're just barely too far away from the wireless adapter, even when you're right next to it. - The headband is bare metal. It would have cost them pennies to add a little padding. At this price point, I can forgive this headset for not being the best at everything. But the mic just isn't good enough, and combined with the stutter it's enough to make me return these and find another brand. ... show more
