Use your voice with Hey Google, Amazon Alexa or Apple Siri to control connected lighting. Use the My Leviton app on a smartphone, tablet, or computer to control lighting or adjust schedules when away from home or anywhere you have access to the internet. Control a wide array of bulb and fixture types with best-in-class lighting control performance and custom settings. Add optional wire-free 3-way/multi- location where you need it, simply pair with wireless DAWSC Anywhere Switch Companion (no wiring required). The Wi-Fi 2nd Gen Switch features a rocker switch with intuitive ON/OFF control, wire leads, reduced product depth, and a streamlined app setup flow for easier installation. Rated for LED and CFL loads up to 600-Watt, incandescent loads up to 1800-Watt or fluorescent loads up to 15 Amp, neutral wire required (a neutral wire provides continuous power to the smart switch and is required for functionality. I bought this so I could set lighting schedules for my daughter’s basement bed room which has no window. The install was quick and pretty straight forward especially if you are replacing an existing switch. You will need to identify the traveler which is usually red and the hot wire which is black, Your white wires are required for this switch to work and might be by-passed and wired together in you existing switch configuration. I installed this as a single switch and it looks great. The connection took a bit and you will probably need to down load the manufacturers app for connection to you smart home. I had to run the set up about 4 or 5 times before it connected. Once connected Alexa was quick to discover the device. The dimming is smooth and there is no flicker or hum to the lights or the switch. The speed of the light at the switch or using smart home is pretty instant. This is one of the easier smart switches I have installed and had little to no issues. I would totally buy this switch again. I would pay twice this amount to never have to go down stairs to wake my daughter up again. I just tell Alexa to turn on the lights and play music in her room. Instant response! ... show more

Best smart switch on the market at a reasonable price. I give it 9.5 out of 10. Being able to set the max brightness allows you to avoid flicker with some bulbs, which is a great feature. It is super easy to set up switches on the phone app. The phone app works great, it shows two way status, never lost connectivity, has scenes and you can segregate by room. Very important for me is that you can dim from the companion switch, and it operates the same as the master switch. While you can't have more than one companion, you can use 2 anywhere switches to have 4 switches that operate the same light. The ability to have an anywhere switch is fantastic. This product was incredibly well thought out and engineered by Leviton. The only thing that keeps it at 9.5 instead of 10 is I wish the bright / dim was hold the top or hold the bottom, rather than a separate side button. ... show more

Just installed these today. Easy install, functions well and the App is good. I have an issue with one of them where it doesn’t pair with Apple Honekit. It does work with the Leviton app which makes me think everything is good. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

    • Excellent and flexible ELV smart programmable dimmer for LED fixtures

It took me a long time to get the courage up to install this, but it was an easy install. Instructions are good and my single pole install was quick. I find the hardest part a lot of times with electrical switch/timer installs is getting the really stiff wire to fit right in the junction box after installing the switch. The syncing up to WiFi was easy - my Eero router is right nearby, and the app is easy to use. My front lights are LED based and require an ELV dimmer and this was the most affordable from a name brand. The flexibility to dim at many levels, set schedule, adjust on/off ramping times - all very cool. If it lasts a long time and doesn’t break, it’s an awesome value.     • The Leviton Decora smart plug is easy to set up and to use

I have three homes in different time zones, and using a single product line to control security and landscape lights with a sunset-on/sunrise-off function is practically impossible. Most systems only allow one time zone per account, and switching between accounts in the app is cumbersome. As a result, I use three different systems: Leviton, Lutron, and Kasa (I am also using Yolink for my home automation, which I like the best but it does not provide sunset/sunrise settings). Of these, I find Leviton the easiest and fastest to set up (Kasa ranks last). Unlike the others, Leviton’s schedules can be easily linked to a single device or applied to multiple devices at once—for example, several smart plugs on different lamps in the house, which will then all turn on at the same time. In comparison, Kasa requires separate schedules for each device, and Lutron’s scheduling is less intuitive. Leviton’s sunset and sunrise settings are also quite accurate for a specific location, which can vary significantly even within the same time zone. In summary: Easy setup, straightforward programming, accurate sunrise/sunset function, and a solid app design (with just one flaw: changes made to schedules only show up when either restarting the app or changing views within the app).
