Perfect for my needs around our RV. Makes it much easier to get up high enough to sweep off the roof from the sides. Easy to adjust, collapses to less than 5 feet tall. The shipping weight stated 32 lbs, so the ladder is right around 30 lbs. But even then, you can roll it where you want it with the two wheels on one side. Both sides having stability bars is a definite plus over the big name telescoping ladder I purchased some years ago at a much higher price. The 330 lb load capacity is more than plenty for me.

I will start off by saying my product came dented as well as two of the orange brackets damaged straight out of the box however this ladder is quality feel sturdy slide smoothly assembly was easy as well as reaching the desired height that was listed in the description I would purchase again however the product coming damaged will stop me from giving a five star view, accurate sizing from description as well.

Set up was easy. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely need a bit of floor space for the initial put-together. I love that it is a stand-alone A-frame and also extends to access our roof. It stows compactly in a corner of the garage. Wheels are nice, especially if there's even ground or paving to use (we have neither, but it's light enough to carry without stress).

I purchased this ladder back in August and have probably used it one time to change my air filters at my house. So last night while I used it for the second time I had the ladder fully extended while hanging Christmas lights and the ladder failed and bent into two pieces while up towards the top. I fell to the ground and twisted my ankle. I’m hoping the company sees this and can at least get a refund. I’m 6’5 240 pounds. But it shows the ladder is supposed to handle bigger people. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!

Works as expected. It feels a little narrower than others, but that could be my imagination. Definitely lighter than the comparable sized Little Giant I used to own. Make sure you install the bolts of the extender bar at the top of the ladder with the bolt heads toward the wall. If you install them with the nut toward the wall the end of the bolt is likely to touch and scratch the wall. Ask me how I know.
