This product is very well engineered and easy to assemble. I am extremely happy with this pergola and it's design. The gutter system could not have been done any better and was just in time for a down-poor just after assembly. We did not have any leaks indoor of the enclosure during that time. I have placed it on my deck which has created a very nice outdoor living space... something I have wanted for some time.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a pergola online, but MELLCOM made it easy. I actually needed some extra dimensions to ensure it would fit by our pool, and their customer service team was quick to respond and provide the information I needed. Once it arrived, the packaging was reinforced and damage-free. The aluminum frame is robust, the finish is smooth and matte, and you can feel the longevity in the materials. Installation was logical, though I do recommend having a helper for the heavy lifting. For a 100 sq ft structure that is fully louvered, includes curtains/nets, and can withstand 80 mph winds, the value here is unbeatable. It looks high-end and works flawlessly.

We’ve had a few heavy downpours since installing this pergola, and I am thoroughly impressed with the drainage system. I stood underneath it during a heavy rain just to test it, and it didn't leak a single drop. The water channels perfectly through the posts and away from the seating area. The adjustable louvers are a game-changer; we can go from full shade to letting in strips of sunlight in seconds with the smooth crank handle. Everything feels very durable, and the dark grey powder coating looks fantastic against the greenery. If you want a dry, usable space regardless of the weather, this is the one to buy.
