It was fairly simple to assemble. Goes fast enough without increasing speed on it. Haven't rode a bike in 20 years and it made it fun again. The only problem I'm having is getting leg over the bar and getting used to the bicycle seat. Saddlebags are a good size put a first aid kitt and other supplies in it. Overall a go investment for exercise. I put 20 miles on it in 2 days. Think I will only use on my days off from work since I do 4/10's M-T , but Fridays through Sunday will be riding. Going to need to get a ramp rack combo to put on my Escape so I can go to mountain riding trails. Anyway I recommend if you want fun and exercise this bike will definitely last a long time. Love the bike! However, the brakes are another story. With the weight of the bike, plus a person, this bike should have hydraulic brakes! I had to immediately purchase a set before riding it again! No other way to frame it, but dangerous! Now that I have replaced the brakes it better...

Purchase this bike, overall a great experience. Receive the item sooner than the initial promise date, it was a FedEx delivery, and the driver left it where the instructions said. The packaging that they have done is irritatingly good, it is packaged very well for shipment arrive no scratches no dents no dings no problem. The assembly is easier if you find an assembly video on YouTube and follow it just because somebody’s explaining what’s going on as opposed to following the instruction panel, and you could pause the video and go Area by area. Overall, it was a very smooth process. I’ve dealt with customer service on a couple things asking questions their response has been quick to respond to the question and answer my questions overall, I’m very very happy with our purchase. My wife got an M1 Pro and I got an M2 Pro. We’ve taken the bikes out for three short rides because we are not ready for a long ride as we’re just starting this journey. They ride nice and smooth. The pedal assist works great when needed. They are great bikes , probably won’t be taking them down any mountain roads, but that’s not our style But it is nice to know that they don’t have to stay just on the pavement and they’re still adept at handling the terrain.

While I am pleased overall with the bike, the buying process was just the worst I have experienced on Amazon since 1996. The electronics failed on the bike withing 48 hours, and I contacted seller immediately. It took almost two weeks to receive the new part (had to be shipped from China since there were no parts available domestically). Seller sent a video link to watch so I could perform the repair myself, which I never would have been able to complete unless I was extremely mechanically inclined. He offered to rebate me $30 for my "inconvenience" which he stiffed me on. I chose to replace the part myself because I figured he would stiff me on the repair bill as well. Throughout the process, seller seemed to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I was able to get the bike functioning again, we'll know soon enough if it lasts longer than 48 hours this time. The bike itself probably deserves a stronger review, but the seller ruined the experience for me. I'd avoid this product based on the customer support, broken promises, and slow response time alone.

The media could not be loaded. Overall it’s a decent bike but there cons and pros to it . First I want to say other reviews inspired me to buy this bike because I saw a lot of people saying its simply to assemble . I didn’t want to put together a bike I know nothing about bikes . But I didn’t like the ones at our local Walmart . Pro this bike was about 75% together . It took about 1 hr 30 minutes assembly with low dopamine cause I assembled after a long day . So it was easy to assemble. Con I was very careful with taking all the wrap off but that are imperfections on the bike which I’m a little upset about because I’m OCD . In the video you will see it . After assembling things I notice right off . This bike is heavy duty and huge. I’m 5’9 and if I fall off I’m really going to hurt myself. I have the seat at its lowest n its hard to mount . Ooooo. Seat !!!! It’s horrible .buy another one . Second thing notice . My disc brake was rubbing pretty bad . The tires are cheap . I feel they went where it really matters . So after spending $1000 I will have to replace with better tires. Third they lie . This bike is a class 2 it say top speed 20 mph . I took for a short trip after assembly I was get 12mph .this is huge con for me . I really want a faster when came to traveling to work . That’s was another reason I didn’t go with Walmart bike that was literally half the price with better tires . But I will say soon as I press the button to go . It engages so be careful which leads me to my next problem . The brakes are horrible . U really have to hold these things down to stop n make sure you stop way in advance!!! I dont know about the battery life yet I have only went 3 miles . Overall I probably should’ve went the puffpuppy bike which a few bucks more. Or just settle with the Walmart bike for $600. I don’t see this bike worth the money honestly .
