Had my new e bike for a month and love it. It’s built very sturdy and was easy to assemble. There are YouTube videos to help you. It does goes pretty fast and the screeen is easy to read. The bike is heavy, so be ready for that.

Purchase this bike, overall a great experience. Receive the item sooner than the initial promise date, it was a FedEx delivery, and the driver left it where the instructions said. The packaging that they have done is irritatingly good, it is packaged very well for shipment arrive no scratches no dents no dings no problem. The assembly is easier if you find an assembly video on YouTube and follow it just because somebody’s explaining what’s going on as opposed to following the instruction panel, and you could pause the video and go Area by area. Overall, it was a very smooth process. I’ve dealt with customer service on a couple things asking questions their response has been quick to respond to the question and answer my questions overall, I’m very very happy with our purchase. My wife got an M1 Pro and I got an M2 Pro. We’ve taken the bikes out for three short rides because we are not ready for a long ride as we’re just starting this journey. They ride nice and smooth. The pedal assist works great when needed. They are great bikes , probably won’t be taking them down any mountain roads, but that’s not our style But it is nice to know that they don’t have to stay just on the pavement and they’re still adept at handling the terrain.

I took one star off just because it is too high. I am 5:10 and I still have a hard time getting off and on the bike. However, whenever it is rolling, it works great.

shipping is fantastic, i received the bike much faster than anticipated. also assembly is quite easy, as the bike is mostly assembled upon arrival. it has been raining since i received the bike so i did not ride it yet. i only performed small tests in my apartment but the quality seems good and the bike feels sturdy. i will update after a week of riding, to discuss battery life, comfort, and overall feel, but so far so good. update: been riding for about a week and got hit. so be safe. the bike is pretty sturdy, the driver wasn't going fast though. she was pulling out of a parking lot, i thought it was safe to go because she was looking at traffic and there was a line of cars, low and behold she decided to accelerate anyway, without even looking in front of her until she already hit me. Im hurt, nothing broken, only intense bruises and a pretty bad hand sprain but the bike is fine. i mainly use the bike to commute. economy mode, assist levels 1 and 2, are best for preserving battery life. i was able to get up 24 mph going downhill on sport mode. the bike is really fun

While I am pleased overall with the bike, the buying process was just the worst I have experienced on Amazon since 1996. The electronics failed on the bike withing 48 hours, and I contacted seller immediately. It took almost two weeks to receive the new part (had to be shipped from China since there were no parts available domestically). Seller sent a video link to watch so I could perform the repair myself, which I never would have been able to complete unless I was extremely mechanically inclined. He offered to rebate me $30 for my "inconvenience" which he stiffed me on. I chose to replace the part myself because I figured he would stiff me on the repair bill as well. Throughout the process, seller seemed to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I was able to get the bike functioning again, we'll know soon enough if it lasts longer than 48 hours this time. The bike itself probably deserves a stronger review, but the seller ruined the experience for me. I'd avoid this product based on the customer support, broken promises, and slow response time alone.

When the box was opened, I found that the electric cable for the lights was damaged. I do not know if this was because the product was faulty or if something happened during delivery. Either way, the lights do not work.
