Incredible bike, I shopped around but I dont think you could get a bike like this for a grand anywhere. Rides awesome super stable even at 38mph and it really will do 38. Changed to hydraulic brakes $47. More upright handlebars $30, new seat post $12. Even with the upgrades its still cheaper than the competition. Only $49 shipping compared to $300 for other similar bikes. I also added another battery for added range but I go on very long rides so I needed that. Im super happy with this bike.

It's a pretty good bike. You'll need to buy a new seat. The brakes are not that great but they are serviceable. Not to hard to put together. Front brakes sqweek.

Rides good but does have some small issues.the battery plug cover fell off on a ride. The seat post is positioned for shorter riders then stated. Im 5ft 9" and had to buy a 400mm seatpost to get my ergonomics right. Also the peddles needed a upgrade, Had way to much friction. On the other side they have good customer service and they replaced a damaged rotor from shipping. Before my small upgrades it was a solid 6 out of 10. Now after upgrades its a solid 9 to me. My ONLY GRIP IS THE COMPUTER. It's not as torquy or. Responsive and pas 3 is so slower then on earlier models. Im ok with mechanical breaks over hydraulic , just because they're more reliable in cold conditions (Are sending me a new free plug cover) I love their custome service! 100%Top notch

This bike is amazing easy to assemble rides great well worth the money. I’ve only had it for a few days love riding it. The only thing is it’s made for an above average size person.

I purchased this from the company website, and have rode it a few times since receiving it, and a few things I've noticed: It's heavy, the entire frame is sturdy and durable, no blemishes. The PAS is a bit weak on hills, my mom rides a Jasion EB5 Max, and it powers right up on just the throttle, while mine doesn't even make a quarter (perhaps a setting somewhere in the system needs adjusted, as some stuff is defaulted by the manufacture like max speed being 20mph initially). Customer service from the company is fast, but lacks some communication (i ordered both the baskets for my bike and have yet to receive them due to an apparent shortage but wasnt informed until I asked about the baskets). Do not buy the company Mirrors, there's no guarantee they work on every bike, and the only way to find put is after cutting open the end of the handlebars (they bolt inside the handlebars but only if there is a bolt hole inside). Do not wait to apply the brakes, they take forever to slow you down so be extra careful when riding, and this apples to most large ebikes, both my mom's and my dad's (yet another brand) has this issue. The wheelbase of the M2 Pro is 52 inches and it weighs 90lbs by itself without baskets (assuming 100lbs with) meaning it can not be put on most bike carriers. The cheapest ebike rack I've found is $500 and I would only use twice a year so not justifiable IMO. Cheapest options are dirtbike or motorcycle racks, but they only carry 1 bike, so if you need to carry more than 1 bike... Back to durability; due to the lack of brakes, I have layed the bike down going downhill, nothing appears to have bent, and thankfully went in the grass, so no cosmetic or other noticeable damage. Can't say the same for my legs or wrist or the free phone holder I got with my order though lol. Overall, its a good bike, handles offroad and trails well, is rugged and durable, and has a comfortable max speed appropriate for urban and rural use. Customer service is quick to respond and offer info, but doesn't immediately provide updates. The soft braking and hill assist leave a lot to be desired, so be prepared to pedal or walk uphill and clamp down on the brake all the way downhill. The large size and weight makes finding appropriate carriers difficult for travel, as soon as I decide on what to do, I will share, but I can't justify a Hollywood or Sarin.

This bike is so much fun! I love how fast it goes and how well it handles off road excursions! I also love that i got it in PURPLE and was super surprised it has pink glitter flakes in it!! It is kind of heavy for an e bike and im only 5'3"... so after the first week or so i crashed kind of badly and shattered my LCD screen! But happily customer service has a new one on the way!! I couldnt be more happy! Will update once it arrives! Happy biking!!
