Issue Reported: The device was reported to be overheating during system updates and simply shutting down and not updating. Findings: The CPU would randomly spike in usage for no apparent reason, along with that the fan also gets very loud. Great computer, does exactly what I need it for. HOWEVER... There is no internal Wifi connection, so you'll need an additional Wifi extender. Also no Bluetooth, so you'll need headphones/speakers for that. I'm not knocking it - great price for a solid machine.

    • Look closely its a wireless usb dongle not a card!

Wifi is a cheap usb dongle in the back of the computer. There is no Bluetooth support. We are now replacing the worthless dongles with proper wireless cards.
