  • Inexpensive tablet at a great price Inexpensive tablet at a great price
Style: Tablet
Lenovo is a great brand, provides excellent products with an excellent quality and at a good price(great in my case, bought it in discount). For my personal opinion this ones is an excellent purchase not only because of the specifications, this one is a win because it comes with accessories as a case and pen, something other brands don't come and are a little more expensive ( buy the case and a pen). The tablet is really fast, has a great streaming quality, also the screen looks beautiful because of the 1920x1200 WUXGA display and the 11" screen. Also good speakers quality ( Dolby Atmos). U can play so many games with this, but not too heavy and fast. I don't recommend for gaming. Great for reading, studying, watching some movies and other tasks. Quality and great price in your hands!! ... show more

  • Great Tablet, Amazing Value — Still Going Strong
Style: Tablet
I bought two Lenovo Tab M11 tablets last Christmas—one for my mother and one for my mother-in-law—and they were an excellent deal. Both of them use their tablets daily for a variety of things like browsing, watching videos, and staying connected, and they’ve held up really well. Great speed, connect to the wifi just fine, great sound quality, looks sleek and overall good product! The battery life is solid, they’re easy to use, and I really like that they came with both a case and a stylus, which made them an even better value. After a year of regular use, they’re still working great with no issues. Honestly, seeing how much they enjoy theirs has me thinking about getting one for myself. I would definitely recommend this tablet, especially if you’re looking for a reliable, reasonably priced option for everyday use. ... show more

  • Nice. Not A Samsung!
Style: Tablet
The screen on my Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 lite has been having fits lately, requiring multiple attempts to communicate with the device regardless whether not I'm using the pen or a traditional stylus. Annoying. I'm not the gamer my wife is so I didn't require the same kind juice she requires. The Lenovo M11 is essentially in the same range power-wise as the S6 Lite. The tablet feels nice in the hand without the slipperiness. The included case is handy and nice not having to buy a separate case. The case holds the pen. There's the standard USB C connector for charging and data transfer. Setup and transferring stuff from the S6 to this tablet was breeze (for change). Up and running in less than hour. The most difficult part was having to enter my router password (it's ugly and 56 characters, nice when I get it the first time). FRReader and Nova Prime both were configured using the settings from the S6. Other apps as well. I would rather have had at least WiFi 6 but 'n' will be fine. The screen is definitely more responsive with or without the pen. It is brighter than the S6 as well when the brightness level is set the same between the 2 devices. The tablet received updates to Android 15. There are a few 'extras' that were installed. They were uninstallable, surprisingly. One thing I really like is being able to turn auto-rotate OFF and leave it off. Lenovo (or may Android 15) supplies an icon that pops up in the lower left that can be tapped to rotate the screen for that instance of the app. Split screen mode is implemented nicely on this tablet. Mostly used for lite web browsing and low impact games such as Wordaily and sudoko. Primary usage is a an e-book reader using FBReader Prime or Moon+ Reader. For $130 this is an impressive table for my usage. I'd buy it again. I'm really starting to like Lenovo products. ... show more

  • Cheap Chart Plotter for my Boat Cheap Chart Plotter for my Boat
Style: Tablet
As a primary computing device for a person accustomed to snappy performance from their computing devices, the Lenovo M11 leaves a much to be desired. However, it does have adequate performance for many tasks, is well-built, has decent software and components (that notably includes a decent GPS chip), all at a great price. Mine is serving as a dedicated Navionics marine navigation unit on a small 32' coastal sailboat, where it'll be mounted to a swing arm for use in the cabin and under a shaded dodger. Since it's protected and shaded, the lack of IP68 protection is ok, but this unit is not ideal for marine use. ... show more

  • Surprisingly good for on-the-go digital art!
Style: Tablet
I bought this tablet mostly for drawing on the road; most drawing tablets are either (1) very good but need to be connected to an actual computer (so not portable), (2) portable and responsive, but out of my budget, or (3) inexpensive, but you draw a line and it shows like a second later, which is very slowly when sketching. This tablet absolutely surprised me: I got it at a huge discount on Amazon day (so, like $130), and it is very responsive. I am SUPER finicky regarding reaction time, and this has no perceptible delay. I immediately got Infinite Painter (which is a steal, a one-time payment of $10 for the whole thing!) and have been having a blast ever since, to the point in which I only draw on my main computer when I need to have something really professionally done. Meantime, I draw and paint with the tablet all the time, even while watching tv, so my practice time has increased considerably. The only drawback I've found is that the pen doesn't like pixel-level details, and takes a bit of effort to place, say, a small highlight on a pupil, that kind of thing. It's not designed for that level of precision. This may be solved by drawing at a higher resolution. The pen uses AAAA batteries (not kidding), which are smaller than AAA. They are a bit expensive, so I recommend buying a rechargeable pack (they're about 15 bucks, so you'll never need to buy new ones). I've been months, though, on my second battery. One additional bonus is the Nevo software that came with it, that allows me to work on PDFs and Word documents with enormous freedom to annotate and highlight and export with the annotations. It is much better than the mainstream apps, and I've been using it more and more, choosing now to read long articles on the tablet rather than my desktop. Also it looks really neat. The cover could be improved. The tab to keep it standing is not well designed; the cover gets on the way of the camera (!) so you have to kind-of-half-open-it-but-not-quite to both take a pic and see what you are aiming at. The place for the stylus is tight, so getting the stylus out can be tricky. *TIP* I attached a strip of fabric to the stylus, kind of like the old book markers, so I just pull from it and out it comes! Some readers complained that it doesn't come with extra tips for the stylus. They are there, in a tiny corner of the stylus plastic covering, look carefully and don't discard it! I haven't really played games on it; that's what real PCs are for, LOL. My only gripe is with the Android OS. It makes it a pain to find where your files are being kept, and thus to transfer them anywhere; it's like they are forcing you to use the cloud for everything, or make things difficult otherwise. But that is a problem with Android and the powers that be, not with the tablet itself. (I'm very old-school PC, and want to know EXACTLY where the files are located, and what's going on behind the curtain). Recommended especially if you or one of your kids want to try your hand at digital art, or want something decently priced, portable and responsive; but I strongly recommend you get Infinite Painter for that. (No, I'm getting no commissions; I'm just amazed they will sell you such a complete software for just ten bucks!) ... show more

  • Day 1 - Very impressed; updated review after 2 weeks of abuse.
Style: Tablet
I will be back to update this review in a few weeks as I grow more familiar with the tablet, but my initial impressions were so good that I had to make an immediate review. I purchased this as an upgrade to a Lenovo M9 that I used for running laser engravers, as well as productivity with the Office365 suite, and for media consumption via music and movies. I did not use it for gaming beyond RuneScape and Solitaire. The M9 was a great price and I felt met all my needs perfectly. The only reason I decided to upgrade to the M11 was for screen real estate. The active stylus seemed like it would be a nice bonus for my graphics design work through the numerous apps I used in laser engraving. All that being said, as you can see I don't need the absolutely highest performance device on the market. As I've only used this tablet for 1 day, here are my observations. It is a hefty boi. It is surprisingly heavy, but not so much that I consider it a nuisance to hold. That probably comes from the premium design, as the smaller bezels and aluminum body give you a feeling that you're using something that was designed with pride. The size itself is perfect for my needs. As the larger screen size makes it a lot easier to design things without constantly having to zoom out. The included case is actually surprisingly slim, adding very little bulk. I appreciate that. It even has a rubber strap on it that you can use to either aid in carrying the tablet or secure the case closed during travel. So with regards to both the M9 and my new M11, one area that does impress me for such an affordable tablet is the screen. I really appreciate the colorful display, as it seems quite vibrant and capable of displaying a large range of colors. You really just have to see it in order to fully appreciate it. Additionally, it has a specific setting that makes reading ebooks an absolute pleasure, greatly reducing stress on my eyes. I think if I were to put an anti-glare screen protector on it, it might actually be my preferred e-reader. But if I have to complain about the screen it would be in two areas: the resolution, while being HD, lacks the resolution of other 11 inch tablets. At 1200x1920, it has a slightly lower pixel density than one might find in the Fire 11. Additionally, the screen brightness is great for indoor use, but move outside and you may find it's lacking. Another thing I appreciated with both the M9 and the M11 is the sound quality. This M11 steps up audio quality with 4 Dolby Atmos capable speakers. The tablet seems to be capable of getting quite loud in comparison to my S20 phone, and range is much better. Lenovo seems consistently able to provide users with respectable audio. And lastly and more importantly, the performance meets my needs. It's quite snappy. I don't think I'd recommend this for extreme multi tasking, but some of the reviews I found online left me expecting worse. The smart stylus is very responsive and the device itself opens my apps relatively quickly when compared to the M9. I don't find myself annoyed with the performance at all. It's precisely as fast as I need it to be for all my productivity needs. I got this thing on a great sale price and I absolutely do not regret my purchase so far. I'm looking forward to putting it through the paces. In a few weeks, I'll be back with an update, but based on my first day's use, I have a feeling I'm not going to have a lot of complaints! 2 week update: I have been using this tablet exclusively for engraving non stop for the last two weeks. The screen has been on, displaying static images of my designs for up to 12 hours at a time with no burn in. Impressive. Also, I installed a "paper feel" non glare screen protector and it's an absolute game changer. Reading ebooks with Lenovo's exclusive integrated reading view setting is an amazing experience only bested by true e-ink devices. Additionally, with a "paper feel" screen protector, it truly feels like I'm drawing with a pencil. Speaking of the active stylus, I discovered it is indeed pressure sensitive. That quickly became evident when using a sketchbook app with simulated fountain pen. So if other reviewers are expressing otherwise then it's likely they haven't tested the pressure sensitivity with compatible apps. It's outstanding. This has been the best tablet purchase I've ever made! My last word of advice is to buy and apply a screen protector immediately. I didn't, and wound up with micro scratches on the screen from using the active stylus in a dusty garage relatively quickly. 3 week update: Still loving it. The only other info I'd like to provide is that I've installed a PS1 emulator on it and after connecting my Switch Pro Controller, I'm now even more impressed with the performance and speaker quality. Playing FF7 on this device, it really makes the audio experience amazing. Percussion sounds coming from one speaker and the synthesizer coming from another... it's like having a little pseudo surround sound system in a tablet! Final update, I promise: The battery life on this thing is amazing. I recently experienced a 6 hour power outage at my home, and used this tablet to watch several movies/shows to pass the time. After appx 6 hours of video playback, I don't believe the battery indicator dropped below 75%. That speaks volumes in itself. ... show more
