Where do I start? The keyboard is not a US version AND some of the characters do not match what is actually typed. CRAZY. Try typing a password where what is shown on the keyboard key isn’t what is typed. Any browser I use gets a “page not responding” error repeatedly. When I check system resources the CPU usage is at 100% with only Edge running with one tab open. Overall, it’s just slow and clunky. Tried to like it, but can’t. Just too many issues. ... show more

For the price this laptop does what I need it to. The only real downside I have experienced is that some of the keys are marked wrong - such as the special character keys above 1, 2 and 3.. For instance, the @ is over by the enter key. For those who are less familiar with correct key placement, this might be very confusing. Hitting Shift + 2 still gives me @, despite what the key has printed on it. Other than that, it is very quiet, battery life so far has been great. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing this. My experience was the same as others - the keyboard layout is NOT typical, and even worse, some of the characters do not align with what the keys show. Also, we've had the laptop less than 2 weeks and already it's frozen up and we had no choice but to do a hard reset. So I bought the 32gb of ram and 1 terabyte Lenovo. The keyboard has some problems. On the number 2 key it shows the " symbol. Yet it really is the @ symbol. This is vice versa from the @ on the right side of the keyboard. Secondly, I'm no expert, but the intel inside sticker looks fake and both stickers are crooked? In the same photo there is an Emirates Quality Mark sticker. I'm no expert but I don't hear about a lot of laptops being made in the United Emirates. I'm giving it a three stars because it seems to work fine. But on the bad side im not confident that intel is inside or that this is actually a Lenovo. If I was a computer expert this would be one to open up and see if Intel is really inside. ... show more
