I bought this Lenovo computer because I trust the name Lenovo and knew they would assist if there were any issues. When it started acting up within the first month, "boot fail," I called Lenovo. Lenovo USA told me I had bought the computer a year prior in India! Of course I had not. I only owned it for 1 month and it was delivered in two days, so it didn't come from India. I was put through to Lenovo India who told me they couldn't help me because I was in America. Now, I'm stuck with a dilemma. Do I keep a computer with no manufacturer warranty that keeps experiencing "boot fail" and deleting all of my files, or send it back to the deceptive third party company that sold it to me via Amazon on the promise that they are reliable to fix it? Amazon will not negotiate the return & refund, so that layer of security failed too. I will never again buy an electronic item from a third party vendor on Amazon. I will never again buy a computer on Amazon, and I will never again buy anything from Oydisen WOWPC. ... show more

For the price this laptop does what I need it to. The only real downside I have experienced is that some of the keys are marked wrong - such as the special character keys above 1, 2 and 3.. For instance, the @ is over by the enter key. For those who are less familiar with correct key placement, this might be very confusing. Hitting Shift + 2 still gives me @, despite what the key has printed on it. Other than that, it is very quiet, battery life so far has been great. I bought this hoping that I'd be satisfied with a lower sticker priced item. I was not happy when I received the product and the display quality is so poor! I thought maybe once set up I could change settings and improve this. No such luck. It was a deal breaker for my aging eyes. Otherwise, the set up was simple and seamless. So I bought the 32gb of ram and 1 terabyte Lenovo. The keyboard has some problems. On the number 2 key it shows the " symbol. Yet it really is the @ symbol. This is vice versa from the @ on the right side of the keyboard. Secondly, I'm no expert, but the intel inside sticker looks fake and both stickers are crooked? In the same photo there is an Emirates Quality Mark sticker. I'm no expert but I don't hear about a lot of laptops being made in the United Emirates. I'm giving it a three stars because it seems to work fine. But on the bad side im not confident that intel is inside or that this is actually a Lenovo. If I was a computer expert this would be one to open up and see if Intel is really inside. ... show more
