Really happy with the Butinkfly sublimation cartridges! The difference in price, from the OEM ink is crazy. The ink came with each cartridge cleanly bagged and sealed. I opened my printer door, removed the old cartridges, inserted the Butinkfly cartridges, and closed the door. The printer registered them almost immediately. Print quality to sublimation paper is on par with the original manufacturer cartridges, clean, clear and consistent, and the heat transfer to material, was vibrant and again, on par with OEM cartridges. I can't speak to ink consumption as yet but I can't imagine it would be different enough, to keep me from repurchasing from this brand. They absolutely have a new customer!

Easy to install in my SG400 Sublimation printer and fits as expected. Print quality was better than I thought it would be and the color was perfect. I have had no issues as far as compatibility. I am pleased I found a great value ink for my printer.

As someone who does regular sublimation printing, finding compatible ink that performs reliably while reducing costs is important. These cartridges have proven to be a solid replacement for more expensive OEM options for my Sawgrass-compatible printer. The installation was simple, and the printer recognized them without error codes or compatibility issues. The ink output quality has been consistently good across multiple projects. Colors come through vibrant and accurate, with smooth gradients and sharp details. I haven't experienced the grid line problems that can sometimes plague lesser-quality sublimation inks. The viscosity seems appropriate, flowing properly through the print heads without clogging. I've completed numerous transfers onto various substrates, and the results have been professional-looking with good color saturation and durability after heat pressing. The claim of being long-lasting appears accurate based on my usage so far. The cartridges seem to contain a good amount of ink, comparable to or better than what I was getting previously. For anyone running a small sublimation business or hobby operation where ink costs can add up quickly, these provide meaningful savings without requiring you to compromise on print quality. Really struggled with how to rate this item. The price is amazing for 4 sublimation cartridges, however, my printer would not recognize it. I'm not sure if its an issue with my printer, or with the ink carts themselves. I have a Sawgrass 400 which these are supposed to work with. Once I installed them, it shows the ink levels at 100% but then tells me to install ink. The printer just keeps running and making noise like its trying to utilize the ink carts but nothing is happening. Hopefully somebody has a solution to this but I haven't found one yet. Will update my review if I can get them to work. Pros - price Cons - my printer isn't recognizing them so haven't been able to actually use them yet
