  • Overall Satisfied Customer
Price tag included 2 Day Shipping but received it 1 week later. The PC works fine and arrived undamaged thankfully. Overall happy with my purchase I do illustration, programming, and heavy gaming and this machine withstands everything. 100% would recommend it for the price tag. I don't have to worry about storage space with 8TB HDD + 2TB SSD. Will review again in a few Months with an update. ... show more

  • Fatal Flaw
I bought this PC in what was to be NEW condition. it was being sold through PCOnline US. When I got it, there was a paper in the box that indicated it may be a return. My suspicion grew when I started having issues with it and the warrenty started in December 22 when I bought the maching in Feb. 23. I returned it to Lenovo for service in May, and again in July. In both cases, they just noted on the return sheet that it was missing an Operating System Component and they reinstalled the OS. Something I did prior to submitting a ticket. In both cases, the same issue started immediately after I got it back and progressively got worse. Issue: At random times, with no real identifiable cause, the display goes black. I can hear sound for about 15 seconds and then it stops. The screen remains black and unresponsive. The power is still on the unit, and I have to manually shut it down to restart it. I have corrupted so many work files backing up is a full-time job. I have not heard anything on ticket number three. They state the repair has started, but I have not been contacted to return or even that it started. The warranty fix request I sent in, in which they stated I would hear back in 24hrs, has not been addressed. From research, there are legitimate issues with Lenovo machines that "insert black screen, freeze and reboot here" have these issues. Pros: when it is working, it works well. It just doesn't work often. Cons: Machine constantly freezes and is unstable. Lenovo doesn't seem able to fix it. Conclusion: I was sent a machine sold as NEW, that someone else returned, cutting my warranty by 3 months. Ran Ok just long enough to pass the Amazon Return window. Lenovo has stopped responding and if all I get is a refresh on the OS, I'm never going to get a solution. I would not recommend this or any product by Lenovo at this point. ... show more

  • Great PC
So far so good. It is fairly new but so far it's working better than expected.

  • Short lived excitement
At first this computer was evenything I could want and more. Super fast start up and loading of games, no lag in graphics as close to perfect for me as one could get. However after about 3 Months of use my computer would at random just shut down for no reason. This has now become a daily issue while working and or playing along with a multi log in error locking me out of my computer for 2 hours after only 1 log in attempt. Should not be having this many issues after only a couple months use.... ... show more

  • Works great for 3 months and becomes a $1200 brick.
This machine is shipped with a mobo that is designed to work with Windows 11. My other T5, which shipped with Windows 10 is still going. After 3 months, this started throwing errors - thousands of them, in the event viewer. Critical errors. Randomly shuts down - 3 or 4 times an hour. I've had Lenovo come out and attempt to replace the mobo with an obviously RMA'd part. As the tech took the motherboard out, I laughed, there were liquid stains and cold solder joints clear as day. I'm going round and round and round with Lenovo. If you plan to convert this to a Linux rig or run Windows 10, go for it. As it ships, the Realtek onboard audio driver has conflicts with anything up to date with Nvidia GFX drivers. You can disable the onboard sound, sure, but you'll still get errors from the upstream PCI Express controller. ... show more

  • Buyer Beware-Don't buy this computer
Bought this computer in December. I chose Lenovo because I thought spending a little more would be a better option with a company with a decent reputation. What a mistake. Busy with family and work I didn't get to use the computer much until after a month of having it. Have had computer crash issues. Even after upgrading my support I have been on call after calling with computer cashing issue. I have a computer that almost costs $2k OTD and it isn't working still at month 3. I was told buy one of the Lenovo technicians that are all foreign and hard to understand that I should contact the seller on Amazon, which is "The Lenovo Store" and the contact information is the Lenovo customer support. All they can do well is sell you more support. Such a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone. You hope that once you make large purchase like this you have a working device. Don't buy from this company. ... show more

  • Trash look elsewhere. Awful quality and service.
If you enjoy long hours being transferred and give your order number six hundred times while dealing with a broken very poor quality computer then I highly recommend this product. Don't dive in this dumpster fire.

  • Product Memory Sticks Failed in less than 5 months
Two 8GB memory sticks went bad in less than 5 months of owning the computer. Lenovo won't cover under warranty. The product doesn't have a manufacturer's warranty as stated. No response from seller either.
