After I dropped my Lenovo Yoga 710 cracking the screen, I was on the hunt for newer laptop. Searched for months and landed on this product. It is quite a bit larger than my older 2 in 1 Lenovo, but the quality is absolutely amazing. Sized at 15.6" make sure you are comfortable with that. Took me awhile to adjust, but the weight is not that different. Was easy to set up and toggle around. Still in early stages of exploring but so far it exceeds expectations. Also love the touch screen feature, vivid display and bright screen. Older Lenovo screen was a bit dark. Amazon still shows the $150 off coupon so take advantage of this deal! Worked well for a few weeks after purchase. After about 2 months, system started really slowing down. Web pages wouldn't load. Memory seemed to always be fully used. Now network adapter randomly disables. Requiring multiple re-boots every day. Cannot seem to contact anyone for support. UPDATE: System appears to have been modified. RAM installed is incompatible with the system. May explain the poor network adapter performance, if OEM components are swapped out. Caveat Emptor. Great laptop so far. Good speed, colors are fantastic, sound is ok. Would give 5 stars but the config I got has 40 gig of ram (way too much for my use but the price was worth it), so battery life is only about 3 hours instead of the 9 Lenovo advertises. Bought a long cable and mostly keep it plugged in so not a big issue for me. If you need one with more battery life, be sure to review the specs first for the ram as higher ram may drain it faster than anticipated. ... show more

Bought this for my wife to replace her 14" Acer cb 314 that was a little less than a year old. The Acer problems only got worse and when it started the black screen I could tell it was time to move on to something else. this 14" Lenovo Chromebook is doing quite well. BTW: I have a 5 year old Acer 715 Chromebook that seems to be doing just as good as the day I bought it (except the C connection wiggles a bit) and my next one will likely be an Acer as well. ... show more

I want to make sure that others know what they are getting here. I have learned a lot from this experience. I am overall happy with the computer and the performance has been as expected, but this is not a new, factory sealed Lenovo laptop. I registered my laptop with Lenovo and chatted with their support area regarding my warranty. At that time, I was notified that the laptop was built by Lenovo with only 8GB of Ram, a 256GB SSD and with Windows 11 Home S installed. What I received was a laptop with 40GB of Ram, a 2TB SSD and Windows 11 Pro. In other words, this computer was modified from its original build and upgraded by the distributor. The upgrades appear to be functional, and I received what I paid for, but I worry that the warranty at Lenovo may not be honored due to the modifications. My chat with Lenovo was regarding the battery life. With battery saver running, I get only about 3hrs 45 minutes of battery life. Lenovo said that the additional memory uses more battery power and that battery life that Lenovo mentions in their specs of 6 hours would be unobtainable with this setup. The promise of an additional SSD in the bundle is questionable. I scanned the QR code provided in the box and entered my information but have received no acknowledgement or tracking for the SSD that I was promised as a part of the bundle. Just beware that you are not getting a factory sealed laptop from this seller when you order. I will likely keep the laptop as I have already set it up. My business partner is sending his back due to the issues that we learned. He does not want a headache down the road and works outside of the office so the battery life is more important to him. ... show more
