I have purchased many refurbished Chromebooks for use in poor schools here in Paraguay. This is the nicest one I have ever received. Looks like brand new and works perfectly. I have only one complaint, and that is that the listing is incorrect. It does not have HDMI built in; it requires a special USB-C to HDMI adaptor that costs me another $25 here in South America. I got to use the Chromebook once and when I charged it the first time the cord melted into the laptop and it wouldn't power up anymore and the cord is permanently fused into the laptop.

Decent quality for a refurbished laptop. A lot of the keys don’t work on the computer so have to purchase an external keyboard in order to use a keyboard and not have to use the touch screen to type the broken letters.
