    • Restocking fee!!!
This chromebook died even though the battery was full within 6 days of receiving it. The worst part was when I returned it, there was a $60.00 restocking fee. So they get back the chromebook and keep $60.00 from me. They send me a chromebook that is faulty and take $60.00 from me. Let that sink in. Terrible!! ... show more

I like that it is affordable and very easy to use. I love it. Update: getting updates fast, still working as new. Does its job. I am just a light user, I just use for streaming and occasional editing or creating of docs. Speaking of DOCS, this is a CHROMEBOOK NOT WINDOWS! Buuuut! it will “convert” your docs for you to edit it using their native Google Docs. And it is also easy to use. Update Nov 2023: Still have no problem with it! and still loving it! I have downloaded some more apps, used it for editing docs, streamed a lot and still works well. :) Hopefully it will really last longer like maybe at least 5yrs? Because I read some of the CB groups in facebook, they had their CB for a long time and bought new ones because of UAE is outdated. But still working for them. I like that! Hopefully. ... show more

I continue to be impressed with my Lenovo Chromebook. I have owned it 9+ months a & have asked alot of it in this time. It is solid, reliable & travels well. It has been a vital part of my everyday since the evacuation of my parents from Sanibel Island due to Hurricane Ian at the end of September 2022. I have managed many documents in both Google & Microsoft Office Online. No problems with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel in Office online & have had different "desktops" open with multiple tabs & have found it more than adequate for my needs both in city & country settings. All in all, I'm ordering another one for my husband & would most certainly recommend it for all ages & most consumer needs ! ... show more

    • Failed to work right out of the box, looks fragile.
Powered it up and immediately got a "Chrome OS missing or damaged" message. I got the Lenovo to replace an HP that I was happy in every way but in the bad hinge design. My old Lenovo was built like a tank, but when I took the new one out of the box the hinge and screen look like they were built by the same manufacturer as the HP. Sent it back. ... show more
