I would consider myself a power user. The build is truly solid. There is absolutely no flex when using the laptop. The keyboard doesn't have as much travel as my ThinkPad for work but feels more refined and the keys don't wobble. One small gripe which could have been thought out better is that if the backlight is off and the num lock light is on, the light bleeds a lot though the "Num Lock" text on the key. Another is that there's still no way to always have the backlight on. The touchpad is large and pretty good but due to it still being plastic it can still feel slightly sticky with your fingers at the right angle. Of course the screen is excellent in every way. Especially the 16:10 ratio which was a main factor in this purchase. Performance is no issue for my uses. Based on videos before buying I thought the speakers would be very bad and way too soft for voice chatting like my ThinkPad is. However that's not the case at all. Dolby Atmos set to the Music profile and Intelligent Equalizer turned off sounds best imo. It gets more than loud enough and doesn't sound that bad. The screen hinge is smooth and one hand opening works. However, the rubber feet on the bottom barely grip anything so the laptop moves while opening due to the weight as well. So it's still a two handed operation. Windows Hello works really well. It also senses when you're approaching the laptop accurately and wakes up the screen to log in. The only bloatware installed was MacAfee. The body of the laptop does get really hot during intensive stuff like gaming but the temperatures of components aren't terrible. Overall, excellent laptop. This is a great laptop with excellent features and build quality. Replaced my Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga14 and the build quality is every bit comparable. The 16:10 screen ratio with the 120hz refresh is just amazing. I work on a 16:10 ratio monitor every day so glad to have that in this laptop. Have upgraded to Win11 and love that as well. No complaints, only praises. This is an extremely hard to find laptop in the US so grab one if you get a chance. The Amazon price point, if/when it comes back in stock, is a real deal. I thought I was getting a good laptop, and don't get me wrong these specs are pretty good. It runs and performs well. But the main problem isn't the specs, rather the battery life. I looked into the product information and it listed that it runs an average of 10 hours battery. This isn't the case. On a full charge I could barely get 4 hours out of this laptop, even after closing all of my background programs, setting it to prioritize battery efficiency, and turning on battery saver mode. I would have accepted this if the battery was only 2 hours off, but this is literally less than half of what was advertized. Overall would be an excellent business laptop if it weren't for the really low battery life. ... show more
