It came with: Intel Core i5-13420H (13th Gen, hybrid P+E core design) 32GB DDR5 RAM 1TB NVMe SSD 1920x1200 FHD+ IPS display Intel UHD graphics Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 support Fingerprint reader on the power button Wi-Fi 6 (Intel AX203) Windows 11 Pro To confirm all of this, I used tools like CPU-Z, Device Manager, and Lenovo's official warranty lookup page using the serial number. Everything checked out — this machine is not a downgrade or a bait-and-switch. Performance has been excellent for productivity, media, and general use. The display is crisp, the boot-up is fast, and everything runs smoothly. The Thunderbolt and fingerprint reader were both nice bonuses that I wasn’t expecting to work this well at this price. Only minor complaint: The power button is slightly sticky — it doesn’t always pop back up immediately, but with a light wiggle it works fine. Doesn’t affect functionality, just a small quirk. Edit: Microsoft was able to log into the computer and get the keyboard to work. However, it was still very frustrating to have to deal with it not working for three days and the company (Lenovo) wanting the computer sent back to them. Original: I plugged this in and started the setup process. At one point it allowed me to type on the keyboard then when it was almost set up it asked for my name and the keyboard would not work. I have tried everything to get the keyboard working that google and AI can tell me and nothing is working. I finally got a keyboard up on the screen and trying some of the other recommendations. I put in a Lenovo ticket and haven't heard anything. If it starts working in the next day or two I will come back...IF NOT IT IS GOING BACK after going to the shop to have the system wiped of all my data already downloaded. ... show more
