I got these blinds to place in my office/ spare bedroom, as the sun tends to shine right into my eyes in the middle of the day, making it impossible to work at my desk. So far, I am super happy with the quality of the shade and the level of light-blocking. Pulling the shade up/down is effortless as it glides super easily and smoothly. I liked it so much that after getting the first one at almost no cost, I actually bought another one at full price so that I could cover both sides of the window. Installation took a little while, but it was only due to the location of my window frame and had nothing to do with the shade itself or the screws etc. that came with it. I chose the natural linen-like look, and it looks great and feels like a high-end window treatment. Overall, definitely recommend!

This shade works as a shade, looks alright and, for the most part, blocks the light. It does everything it's supposed to do, I just wouldn't say it does everything it's supposed to do all that well. Installation: My husband reported that the shade was easy to install and came with all the necessary hardware. Light Blocking: It does block light for the most part. We had to install it with an outside mount which creates a gap at the top (see photo). Since it's entirely possible the gap was created due to the way it was installed, I can't definitively say it's the fault of the shade so just mentioning it as something to maybe be aware of. Look and Quality: The shade is made of what seems to be quality material and feels durable, however there are...creases? I guess I'd call them? There are creases that run almost half way up the shade when it's pulled all the way down (see photo). The shade sort of LOOKS like it's made of cloth, but it isn't, so I have no idea how to get rid of the creases. I left it pulled down for a few days hoping they would kind of pull themselves out, but to no avail. The shade is just as creased as it was the first day. I use it in my office and therefore it's not a big deal since nobody will ever see it except us, but...again, something to be aware of. Ease Of Use: The little plastic pull thing that normally just allows you to push or pull the shade up or down comes off every time. We finally just removed it because it was more trouble to keep having to put it on every time we tried and it didn't add anything aesthetically to the shade, so it's just no value added. We have to use both hands and push the shade up in the morning and then use the little bar across the bottom to pull it down at night. All that being said, I do like the shade for the most part. It looks nice in my office (barring the creases) and it blocks the light effectively enough, so I still feel comfortable giving the shade itself four stars, however I'm just not sure I'd pay all that much for it.

Really like these shades. The room I use it in I use almost everyday. The pattern I chose is pleasing and fits in well with my room. The shade itself completely blocks out the light even in direct sunlight. The mechanism is tuned in a way that the shade stays where you let go of it, there's no "locking" mechanism so to speak. Came with all of the hardware needed to install it. I really should have gotten this sooner!

Lovely set of blinds. We have about 8 of our windows covered with these blinds. The color options are nice and installation is super easy. So far, they’ve all held up to the cat standard. Pricing is a bit much, but my understanding is these are the current trend for window furnishings easy movement with no real issues, roll slow.
