Bought this (actually, two of them) for the children's distance-schooling. The Bluetooth is beyond awful, so we can't use a Bluetooth mouse, headphones...nothing. No known solution fixes the issue and Lenovo offers no online help or useful information of any kind for this: It's criminal how little help they offer. About the only thing they weigh in on is how to initiate a Powerwash. We bought a couple of these Chromebooks for the kids' online learning this year. The setup into their Google classrooms was so easy (done in a few minutes). They haven't had any trouble with their videos or sound. We were pleased enough with it to buy another one for ourselves so we have a compact, lightweight tablet. Does not have simple key functions such as delete or print screen. Updates and reboots without notice. No controls for update and reboot. Can loose crucial work due to this lack of control.

Bought 2 of these in March at the beginning of online schooling because of Covid-19. Several months in, and suddenly 1 of them will no long charge. I'm assuming it's something to do with the charging port/connection. Will be contacting Lenovo for warranty repair. Otherwise they work well enough for school work for kids. ... show more

It does what one expects from a little Chromebook, but the pictures and the product description state that the unit has an HDMI output when it doesn't. One needs to use a USB-C to HDMI dongle to display on a TV or projector.

I bought 2. One does not work with most of the drawing apps my youngest needs to use it for. The other that my oldest had stopped working in less than a year, it won't charge or come on. Just dead. I bought them due to virtual school last year. Glad that's over. I would have needed to spend more for replacements if we were still locked down. I guess they worked long enough for their purpose.
