Extremely well packaged. It was actually very time-consuming to unbox, but in a good way! There was no way this plant was going to get cold or damaged, even if the male carriers had been careless, (which they weren’t). Plant arrived three days before anticipated, in three layers of packaging aside from the box. There was bubble wrap, underneath that there was insulated bubble wrap to keep the plant warm, and underneath that there was a papery-fabric material. There was also some of this material around the base of the plant that was wet to keep it from getting thirsty. The plant was not damaged at all, the branches were unbroken, it looked very healthy and adjusted well to the spot in my house I had for it. The only thing that I want to point out is that a few, maybe 2-3, of the leaves appeared to be clipped prior to shipping, rather than in their natural rounded state. I assume this is because the edges were browning, and they wanted the plant to have the best appearance for the customer. So far the plant seems healthy, so this doesn’t really bother me, but I wanted to point it out. All in all great plant,great experience! ... show more

amazon sells many different kinds of plants, some that i didn't even know what they were. they come to me very healthy and i each time hope i don't kill it. it's not because of the sellers, it's me. just watch the season when you order it - meaning watch for cold weather for transit. will buy again.

First my beautiful plant arrived several days BEFORE the expected date. It came packaged so well it could have traveled across the ocean! Wet paper around the soil, plant wrapped in paper, then in insulated bubble wrap then regular bubble wrap around that and all taped well in place. The plant itself is healthy and beautiful! Would definitely buy from here again ... show more

The plants are legit. I ordered 3 different ones at the same time from this company. All three arrived with damp towels covering the dirt, plastic wrapped and bubble wrapped for a perfect shipping experience! The plants have some fantastic growth. My office desk is going to look fab!

I received this pkg was great. But the tips were dried up. The plant seems ok otherwise I will keep an eye on it. Seems healthy otherwise and the damage currently isn’t spreading

They packaged this plant so very carefully so when it was shipped it wouldn’t sustain any damage. The picture of the plant is right after I removed it from the package and it is healthy and beautiful. So glad I ordered from this company that cares! Highly recommend.

Can't complain that it was packaged too well trying to get it open. Lively little plant. Though, would buy from here again! My only issue would be the tracking info and not knowing where it was just with a 2 day window of arrival.
