We process our own game meat and I usually spend hours trying to get silver skin off. I bought this knife thinking it was not going to be that helpful but it blew me away how quickly it took off the layers I did not want! I'm absolutely in love with this knife and will not process another animal without it!. Its easy to clean and blades go in the dishwasher for sterilization. The pliers are so nifty and helpful. Didn't use the glove but I might next time. Its easy to use once you get to know it. You just snap the blades in, put the guide you want on it, plug it in and off you go.
