As stated in other reviews, this arrived earlier than expected. Just put it together. Fairly easy, that is, except for the back. Suggest taping the flap that covers the wires up out of the way, and, depending on your back, best have another set of eyes (and arms) to put the back on. It's just a tad trickier to insert than the two arm sections. As they instruct, be sure to smush it all the way down. Yes, the vibrator is a tad motorboatish, but it works well. The heat is subtle but effective. I too will be adding just a small pillow for better lumbar support (depends on how you're built). The "control panel" on the side is very easy to reach, it's right under the right arm rest, not near the bottom of the chair as soke have mentioned (not on mine anyway), and the USB port will come in handy at some point. Plenty of cushion. Very comfortable. Be advised, one of the two boxes is very heavy because of its size.

I'm getting ready for major surgery and after reading reviews and looking at a LOT of different brands of lift/recliner chairs we decided to go with LEISLAND. We couldn't be happier! First of all, the delivery was incredibly FAST! We were expecting to receive the chairs approximately a week or a week and a half later than we did! We could hardly believe it when they arrived! The quality is great; the ease of putting them together was amazing; they are super comfy with only a tiny bit of stiffness in the seat but I think that will begin to soften with time and use; they're roomy and they are tall enough in the back while being long enough in the foot. I'm 5'11" and require a taller back due to a cervical fusion and this chair delivers-my head rests on the padding while my feet Don't hang over the edge! The heat and massage are delightful!! The massage is not noisy at all! We have hardwood flooring and we barely hear the massage when it's being used. They are everything advertised and again, with the speed of their arrival, even more so! They have two nice cup holders in each chair arm, along with a roomy pocket on either side for storing books, your phone, etc. We purchased 2 double recliner sofas from another company for our media room and they were a lot more expensive, they were a pain to move and get set up plus, they don't have many of the features of our new Leisland chairs! Needless to say, those expensive sofas don't hold a candle to these new chairs! If we had purchased these first, we would have bought more of these for our media room instead of the pricier sofas. I would DEFINITELY recommend the LEISLAND Power Lift chair!

I received my recliner/lift chair and was very impressed with how well made it looks. I fit in it much more comfortably and with the flat recline can get a really good night's sleep. My only complaint about the chair is the fact that it does not have a remote to raise and lower the chair. You do so with a round button on the right side of the chair. I happen to have very short arms and had a lot of trouble reaching the button when I first got the chair......I literally had to hang over the right side and I pulled a muscle in my right shoulder so that I had to push my life alert button and have the rescue squad come and get me out of the chair. I will be looking into if they make a remote control for this chair because I just love everything else about it.

I love this chair! I got it for Motherâs Day and just adore it! The leather is beautiful, the heat and massage are perfect for helping my back pain and the foot rest has enough padding that my feet arenât resting on hard wood like my other chair. My husband and his friend put it together in about 30 minutes. It was a wonderful surprise. They said it was easy to assemble. I want to get a pad on here to keep it nice as itâs a beautiful dark brown leather. I was scared I couldnât reach the co trolls because I am really short, but itâs not a problem at all. All the controls run really smoothly and are not jerky at all. The heat takes about 5 minutes to feel and you can program how long you want it on. Iâm really happy with this and the quality. I definitely recommend this chair and company. They even sent emails letting me know the chair was coming in two boxes and to let me know it was on its way. Very good customer service!

I didnât really know what to expect with his chair wants it was assembled and working. At first, I noticed the vibration was minimal, but if youâre allowed to run for a little bit, you actually feel better afterwards.. the heat is quite minimal, but does the trick. This isnât like a regular massage chair that has the rollers for pressure points. Itâs main function is to relax and invigorate. And it has certainly done that. I am 5â8â and I weigh 275 pounds. The chair is amazingly comfortable and I really enjoy it. For a chair just to help relax and watch TV and I definitely encourage anyone else to make the purchase.
