Functions include a visible, working differential, independent suspension and a six-cylinder boxer engine with moving pistons positioned in front of the rear axle, while the accessible cockpit features a radar screen, working steering, fire extinguisher system and even a track map of the Laguna Seca circuit printed onto the driver’s door. Vary good car. Very fun to build. It has opening doors, a steering wheel that works on the car, and a slab that you can open to reveal the engine. The build time is about 8 hours . Quick tip if you think their is a missing piece check every single piece and you’ll most likely to find the missing piece. This set teaches you to persevere. The only downside is that assembling the pieces will destroy your fingers . The journey is super long but super fun. Great build, fun to do. I will say I was kinda disappointed in how the pieces were bagged...as there was no actual organization which made sorting through pieces difficult. Nonetheless, product turned out great. I will stick to Lego from now on....so many of these other companies sell defective products. Recommend anyone who loves German Cars ... show more

I've wanted this Lego set ever since it came out back in 2019. I never really had a chance to get it, especially since Lego raised the price recently from $150 to $180. During Prime day I saw a deal on it that brought it down to $126, which was an insane deal. So I immediately bought it. Now honestly since I wanted this set for so long I knew I would love it. The finished build looks amazing and looks really big for only being a retail $180 set. It has working steering, suspension, & pistons. Although the set looks amazing, the majority of what makes it look good is the stickers. A lot of stickers. I'm a pretty experienced Lego builder so these stickers weren't too bad for me to put on, but for kids or inexperienced builders it'd probably be pretty hard to put on all these stickers. I think in total there's 53 stickers in the set. The only other thing that bothered me besides the stickers was that there were literally no number bags. If you've built a bigger Lego set before, you know that each bag is numbered to make it easier to build. But for this set you literally just have to dump out all of the pieces and try to find the correct piece and it takes forever. I ended up having to sort my pieces to make the build easier on me. If the stickers aren't a problem and you're fine with the bags not being numbered I would definitely recommend this set, just not for $180. I would maybe consider it at $150 but if you can find a deal like I did, it's well worth it. ... show more

I love this sticker set, especially the variety of 53 stickers included. However, a downside is the absence of numbered bags, making the building process more time-consuming as you have to search for each piece. Despite this inconvenience, I found sorting the pieces beforehand to be a helpful solution for a smoother building experience. Highly recommend for sticker enthusiasts! ... show more

I enjoy building Lego automobile kits having previously done a '61 Corvette and a Lamborghini Countach. However, this Porsche RSR was much larger but less lifelike with larger body gaps. However, it does have working suspension and pistons rotating in the rear engine. The steering also works as it has in every Lego vehicle I have done thus far. The kit had multiple bags for the parts but they were not numbered in coordination with the 240 page instruction book. Consequently I spent more time looking for the appropriate parts. There are also a lot of decals/stickers (almost 50). All in all, it's a nice Lego model but numbered bags coordinating with steps in the instruction book would have decreased my build time. ... show more
