I was a little worried about this product because some reviews said the paint job made it seem cheap. Yes, it doesn’t seem to have a glossy finish, but for the price, I am very pleased. The tea set is a good product in terms of convenience. It comes with six cups, six plates and six spoons as well as a tier to hold everything together. Please note that a tea infuser not strainer comes with the set, so you will have to purchase that yourself. Now as far as the tea set itself, I noticed a lot of blemishes. Be it rough surfaces or poor paint job. I am aware that this is not fine China but I would like it if the items I spend my money on at least looked brand new. I don’t think I will return only because I don’t feel like going through the hassle of returning and then ordering another set especially not knowing if I would be face with the same dilemma. If you are a person who doesn’t mind blemishes and imperfections and just want something that’s pretty then go for it. I’m just saying, I’ve brought many quality kitchenware for $40 but this wasn’t one of them. Hope this helps. ... show more
