Buying a couch on Amazon is intimidating in its self so after much research into this couch reading everything I could get my hands on I decided to go for it and buy it. Let me tell you I am very happy that I did for the following reasons. Shipping- the couch came about 10-ish days after I ordered it, not knowing what to expect I again was surprised when 10 big boxes showed up. Each piece of the couch came in its own box wrapped in a cloth with plenty of cushion around it. Assembly- assembly was very easy I did it alone, each piece has 4 legs that must be screwed onto the bottom and then the backs must slide into each seat. When putting the pieces together to build the couch was easy, there are brackets on the sides that just slide into each other. Feel and size- the couch seat cushions are a very nice size, I am 5’8 and I can sit against the back and my legs bend at the edge with my feet on the floor with ample room on either side. Something I didn’t think I would like are the size of the armrests on the end pieces, they are a very good size allowing you to sit on the comfortably if you wanted. The back of the couch with the cushions on hit right about my shoulders. The cushions on the seats are on the firmer side but very comfortable all the same, the back cushions are fluffy and you kind of sink into them. Couch comes with 6 18x18 pillows. The ottoman’s are a very good size, 3 people could easily put their feet up on 1 comfortably. Upkeep- each cushion comes off making it easy to wash. Sprayed with a little scotch guard and spills can be cleaned up quick. Customer Service- when I received the couch I found out that I was accidentally sent an extra ottoman rather than an armless seat, I write the company and they got back to me in a timely manner and remedied the mistake right away by getting the piece out to me within 5 days. They communicated with me very well and were very vigilant to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I know some people might think this is a paid for review but I can assure you it is not, I wanted to leave something that was detailed and accurate. Exactly what I was looking for when I started my research. If you have any questions please reach out and I am more than happy to send additional pictures or measurements. All in all this couch was a purchase that was well worth the money and would not only recommend it but I would buy it again if I needed another one. ... show more

TLDR: This couch is incredibly comfortable after a brief break-in, sturdy and beautiful. Impressive customer service. Would absolutely buy again. Let me preface this review by saying I did extensive research before making this purchase, comparing specs and reviews across all the popular modular couch brands – Belffin, Cozey, you name it… even the Macy’s Radley. I was fully prepared to spend quite a bit more money before deciding on this couch, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. THIS COUCH IS COMFORTABLE. It is bouncy and soft, and the perfect balance of cushy and firm. Be warned – the seat cushions need a couple days to break-in fully (perhaps longer if you don’t have kids). After initial setup, the cushions were quite firm and I briefly panicked lol. I find the depth of the couch perfect. And the size I purchased came with two oversized ottomans. It is quite cozy and my family agrees. BUILD: This thing is built like a real piece of furniture. The frame is solid and there are springs in the cushions AND in the frame. Almost NONE of the popular brands use pocketed coils. The cushions stay put beautifully, despite kids jumping on them, and the individual modules are super secure and do not budge. Although I cannot speak to long term durability, it feels well-made and promising. During installation, my husband commented that it would be super easy to repair if ever need be. ASSEMBLY: Piece of cake. The only time we needed instructions was for the corner piece, which was not super intuitive but we figured it out. AESTHETICS: Stunning. I ordered the light gray color and it is the perfect linen-look neutral light to (almost) medium gray. Pictures are attached but they don’t do it justice. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Truly outstanding. It is apparent the seller cares deeply about their customers and reputation, and they go above and beyond IMO. For the record, this is not a paid promotion. Outstanding! The absolute best couch I have ever gotten! The seller is very kind and helpful. Communication was quick. I received the packages for the couch only days after ordering. There was no funky smell unlike most furniture I order from places. The couch is extremely comfortable and the easiest thing to assemble. The way they package each part of the couch was absolute perfection! Everything you needed per seat was neatly packed inside the seat itself. Other couch companies should take note. I obsessed for weeks about what sectional to buy. I switched out the long end for the short end by adding an extra section to the other side. As you can see from the pictures, it fits the space quite well. Overall, I think it was a great buy for the price, but there were some stains on the areas that were not removable and washable. Most of them came off. Be aware that the product that is stated to be beige is more white. That is partially my fault because it does appear to be lighter in the pictures. There were lots of boxes but it was pretty straightforward to put together and packed pretty well. I just wished I had ordered a darker color but that's on me. ... show more

Love this sectional sofa. It’s like a Pottery Barn sofa at a fraction of the cost. I was very worried about buying a sofa without trying it out; but this one is a winner! I went with the light gray color. It’s very pretty. The material is soft but seems durable. The cushions are fairly firm but very comfortable. I’m extremely impressed with the quality. It did arrive in multiple boxes; but we unpacked everything fairly quickly. The seller did reach out immediately after I placed the order letting me know how it would arrive. This is a great company. They have great customer service people and try to accommodate you any way they can. The sectional is beautiful and comfy. I’m 70 years old and needed something that I would be able to get off of easily and this is perfect. It’s not cushy or soft it’s perfect for me. Initially, I tried hard t put it together with my young nephew and thought they missed putting in some things and other parts didn’t fit properly so I was so unhappy. I wrote to them and explained what was happening and they were very kind. I also made plans with an older nephew to see if he could put it together. Well he put it together easily just like in their video. Of course, he’s much stronger than both his brother and I. I apologized to the company for my being so frantic and thanked them for their support and for making such a beautiful product. I chose the cream one and it’s beautiful. I was extremely apprehensive about buying this on line but Amazon is a wonderful company and I knew that if something went terribly wrong they would make it right. This is truly the best couch. If I could give it more stars I would. I purchased the 8 seater. The color is beautiful. It is Soft but supportive. It is very sturdy and that is important having four teenagers. It came in n separate boxes over 3 days. Extremely easy to put together. It is quite large but functions perfectly in my apartment. I will like to add that this is one of the best sellers I have ever encountered on Amazon. They answered all my questions before I had decided on this purchase. They answered them in a timely manner as well. Nothing but kindness and cooperation. They kept me informed of all the shipping details in real time. They had some complications with delivery, but I still received my couches on time. I ordered on the weekend and first delivery was within 5 days. Even though they ship separately it was not inconvenient at all I was still able to use the couch even though I was still waiting on other packages. We love this couch. We have 4 cats and our history with chenille isn’t great, so we got this one because it’s modular and the fabric should be cat friendly. They don’t seem too interested in scratching it. It looks great, it’s comfortable, and the cats are leaving it be. Overall very happy with it.
