First, arrived in a giant wooden crate which I have to pay to be disposed of now. Second, it arrived missing several parts. After four days and numerous emails and voicemails, I never received a response from the manufacturer. I’m returning the item and Amazon is coordinating the pick up for me (thankfully). I absolutely love this machine!! It's great for a home gym. It does come in a wooden box but what do you expect. It came with everything. No missing parts. I'm 5'8" and I get a good stretch using both hack squat and leg press. All you have to do is adjust the bottom piece and find what works best for you. It's very sturdy and I trust it to hold weight. For the leg press I have 4 35's and 2 45's. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is trying to build a home gym. Only complaint is the 2 bolts for the leg press plate needed to be longer. But I live next to Lowes so it wasn't a problem. I marked them in the last picture. Thank you. ... show more

The product is good and strong;however there are missing parts and the customer phone number is disconnected. An email was sent requesting the missing parts, but never received a response.

It took me 5 hours to assemble, because the nuts and bolts are not marked, to where they be bolted to, had to go by eye sight.
