Powered, under-desk elliptical machine. Comes with power adapter, instructions, pad, and remote control. If you want an assisted motion machine for legs that you can use while at a desk or on a couch watching TV this one will do the job. It is not terribly heavy, so it can be moved if you can lift around 25-30 lbs. The foot space will accommodate large feet (probably up to a size 14 or 15 Mens US.) There are different modes for the motion and different readouts (time, calories, distance, etc.) There also also 10 different speed setting and you can change the direction of rotation. If you put your feet on the pads, set it up, and turn it on, you don't really have to think about it, the machine just makes your legs move and you will compensate/participate in response. I thought there would be a manual mode where you just pedaled, and while you can pedal with the machine turned off, it doesn't really have a manual mode the tracks your effort. You can pedal a bit faster than the assist is going, but I don't really think it was designed for that. Control of the elliptical is with either the remote or the touch sensitive buttons on the center console where the numbers are displayed. The external parts are all plastic, but it does seem pretty well made. If you know someone who needs help getting their legs in motion, this could be a good option.

I have to state the unit does function OK but has design flaws The user's instructions are limited and lacks full details such as what type of batteries needed for the remote, states nothing about the 6 red LEDs on the display or how to make own program It does have 3 different programs, but they all are set to 20-minute cycle and manual mode would be needed if you want your own programming steps Has no memory if making manual steps so loss of electrical power the manual settings are lost The screen is black but any printing which is small on it is like a light gray so unless correct lighting you cannot see print from the distance of your eyesight to the unit on the floor The other design flaw is this weighs about 20 pounds and has n handle at all to lift or move around Due to the 2-foot rests that are on the pivot of the motor, you cannot use those to lift or move, and the rest just move around Being this has to be set and positioned correctly in front of like a chair means you have to bend over from the chair to almost the ground and pickup to move that dead weight could cause physical problems with spine and joints This means after using it you then have to move it out of the way to stand up and walk away, so means you have to move it 2 times to use it This design requires a moving handle to use this safely and less hassle moving this around

GUMWIG Leg Exercise Equipment for Home, Under Desk Elliptical Machine with Remote Control. I ordered this product to use on my work from home days as I feel that I do not get enough steps in during the day. Unfortunately my desk has a shelf that runs from side to side which makes this impossible to use under my desk. It fits under my desk, but it does not fit under the shelf. Even with the elliptical machine as close to the shelf as I can get it, I still am sitting too far from my desk to be able to use my laptop or desktop computer. Before you order this under the desk item, or a similar item, check your measurements carefully. The elliptical machine feels solid and is easy to set up and use. You will definitely want to use the provided pad to keep the unit from moving while in use. What I like: It's very quiet Easy to use Gentle on knee joints What I am not a fan of: The unit moves, even with the pad underneath, on carpet, when in use The feet pads are hug. I wear a women's size 8 and my feet feel lost of the foot pads. Although this is great for keeping your legs moving, it moves on it's own, so the user is not really providing much effort. Even after 20 minutes at level 10, which is the highest speed, I was not the least bit short of breath or sweaty. II don't really like the backwards direction. It does not feel like a natural movement to me, it could be because I have cartilage damage of both knees. I think this would have been a huge help after my previous knee surgery, in place of the CPM machine. I think it is great for people who are sedentary and need some assistance moving. I think this could be a great companion to PT for gentle movement of the knee joint. But, if you are looking to get some exercise in while you are seated and working, I would like for something that does not move automatically.

This is super nice its very easy to use it propels you so you don't have to work super hard to get it going. You can adjust the resistance so as you gain muscle you can make it harder. It has a remote so you can increase or decrease. Nice and stationary it doesn't slide around

As someone who spends a lot of time sitting at the desk, this machine is a great way to get the blood circulating in the legs while still getting work done. It is pretty compact that it fits comfortably under the desk and seems to weight around 20-25lbs. It can be controlled by remote or the LED touch screen. The display shows time, distance, calories, etc. There are 3 preset programs that runs for 20 mins each. The remote can control pedaling direction, speed level, on/off, modes, etc. The plastic material feels pretty sturdy and it comes assembled so it’s ready to go out of the box. The pedal sizes are pretty big and can fit up to size 15 feet. It doesn’t make much noise and in top of that they provide a sound proof mat to put under the machine to further reduce noises. The only thing I wish they had were handles for easier lifting.
