I ordered this bed cover and installed on my truck. I’ve been a professional Automotive tech for over 10 years. I followed proper instructions and installed to manufactures specs. I had it on truck for a week before I went on a two hour trip. I had to pull over and remove cover on highway due to a faulty plastic retainer latch on back passenger side of cover. The latch completely snapped. I requested a refund or replacement. It was immediately approved. I sent back to seller with Amazon approved return postage stamp. A couple weeks later I got a notification that my request was denied. Now I have no bed cover and I’m out $200.00. I might as well have just thrown the money in the trash. I had to remove the corner braces which were a bear to install in the first place. That loosened the cover enough to get it closed. Maybe later after wear it will be loose enough to replace them enough to get it closed. Nice looking cover and shows little problem even after hours of interstate speed driving. ... show more
