I have been using these for 2 months, they have a good thickness to the band that isn't too bulky or fragile and are easy to travel with. Great quality given the price, especially relative to more 'name brand' gym options. The length is suitable for me as someone who is 5'8".

Nice bands for resistance exercises. I typically secure one to a post and can get every upper extremity and trunk exercise done. They are also great for leg exercises as well. Sure beats hauling around weights. The red band gives me a good moderate resistance and the black is a good bit more of a challenge. I’ve purchased several of these sets.
