I use them with a cable machine to add resistance to the weight... they seem to be made really good's and they feel good in your hand the green one is I bit to wide for what I do with em but still it's tight and they will give you an unreal pump

I use these bands for running exercises for 9 yr old all the way to active adults. the resistance is a good range in this pack, great for fundamental stability and resistance exercises no matter the strength/age of users. Seem like a strong material, so will probably buy another pack in a few months if I continue to use so I have the option for bigger groups of people.

I bought the black band to replace an Intey black band that broke after years of use. I liked that one, but could no longer find it. This one is definitely thicker, heavier and requires more "pull". They are not equivalent, I should have gotten the next step down--my bad. The colors apparently don't necessarily correspond to tension across brands. Anyway, it is a very tough, durable feeling rubber. More so than the Intey. The downside is that the hard edges dig into my hands more than the my prior band and can be uncomfortable. Also, the rubber is slick, so it is more difficult to get a grip. I thought maybe there would be a break in period and this would improve, but it hasn't. Basically, it is a very durable material that should last a long time, but the compromise is that it is not as forgiving--I find myself using gloves to help avoid the discomfort. I guess it would work fine as an assist for pull-ups if used around the feet/legs. But for arm exercises where you grip with the hands this could be an issue for some.

I love the sturdiness of these bands. the fact that you can get a higher level of resistance is awesome! You can work out at home any time take them on a trip wherever. you never have an excuse not to train and keep yourself strong and healthy. I suggest everybody get these bands and have them Handy everywhere you go.
