I want to start by saying that I was very surprised and also very pleased by the fact that these two lights also come with two charging cables and even 2 remotes! Normally sets like this come with one cable and certainly 1 remote, so I was very pleased to know that I could use these in separate locations with separate controls. That's actually a really nice feature that's hard to underappreciate. The lights themselves seem well made. They are easy to control, and remotes have a pretty good range and effectiveness. The light cycles through three different temperatures of white or multiple different color styles. One thing to know is that the brightest colors are nowhere near as bright as the brightest “white” colors. I didn't take one of these lights apart, but it appears that there is a single LED for the white light versions, and a ring of smaller LED's for the colors. I think they intend to use the colors only for accent lights, and the white ones for highlighting or spots. As long as you know you're going to use it that way, it shouldn't be a problem. The lights are attached to a wall using a piece of nano tape to affix the base and the light slides onto the base. This allows you to attach the base to the wall and remove the light for charging without having to mess with the tape again. Another note. If you know anything about nano tape you know that for heavier loads, you shouldn't use it on a painted surface. I attached these lights to a painted surface and had no problems because the lights themselves don't weigh very much. I didn't feel like there was any pull or give on the lights and I have a lot of confidence that they will stay in place on painted wall for any length of time I care to leave it. At the same time, it's nice to know that you can move these to another room fairly easily just by having another piece of nano tape. Using the white light, I got a good five hours out of a charge before I could notice a discernible dimming. I don't like to let rechargeable things get low so when it got to that point I stopped. Five hours is actually a pretty good length of time, especially if you're only going to use it for special occasions or single use events. If you plan on mounting them permanently, I did prove that you can run the light and charge them at the same time, so that’s a very nice feature too. I got these lights because I needed some more direct light on my computer desk when doing school work. My computer desk is also my gaming desk so having lights that can change colors is an amazing bonus. These lights have a built in battery that is chargeable via USB-C. (cables included but power brick is not) The lights come as a two pack and even have two separate remote controls that work on either light. So you could easily put one light in one room and another in a different room and have a remote for each or you can put them both together like I did and use only one of the remotes to operate both lights. The lights come with a double sided adhesive pad that you attach to the base and then to the wall which makes installation super easy or you can opt to use a screw and wall anchor to mount them. I opted to use the adhesive pad and it has been holding just fine as the lights are very light weight. The lights each have a decent amount of motion that you can move to shine right where you want them. There is a nice color selection to choose from for light color and then you can change the brightness as well. For the white light, you can pick from several warmth settings from bright white to a more warm yellowish light. My lights lasted for about 5 straight hours on the brightest white light from a full charge. It is easy to recharge the lights since they very simply slide up and off of the base mounts when you need to charge them. There is a small green light on each one that lets you know it is charging and the light turns blue when it is fully charged. There is a touch button on each light that lets you turn them on and off as well as two other buttons that let you cycle through the colors and brightness settings. The lights will remember the last setting when you turn them off so that they come back on to the same setting. I am very pleased with these lights and can easily recommend. ... show more

These lights are exactly as advertised. They are very easy to install. You simply apply the included clear tape (reminds me of gorilla tape) to the base and stick it to the wall. If the adhesive doesn't last, I may replace it with actual gorilla tape, but in my experience that clear nanotape stuff usually lasts a while. The base of the light unhooks pretty easily in case you need to remove the light from the wall to charge. I decided to use these as bedside lamps. They swivel so they're perfect for that purpose. The light itself has an on/off switch, a color change switch, and an adjust warmth (of the color) switch, which is labeled cct. There are also two IR remotes included in the package which allow you quickly adjust the color, adjust the warmth of the light, turn the light back to white regardless of what color you are on before and dim the lights. If I had one complaint, and this is a little knitpicky, it's that the lights didn't include a charging brick, though two approx 4ft long charging cords were included. The instructions were relatively clear. According to the instructions the battery is 4000mAw should last about 4.5 hours before needing to recharge. It's not clear if dimming the light would extend that. Overall, these lights are well designed and appears to work as advertised. I think anyone who purchased them will be satisfied. ... show more
