I installed this led light package on 2001 golf course golf cart that I am restoring. That meant cutting holes for the head and back lights. The templates provided made it easy. The turn signal, light turn on / off button easily installs on the steering column. There is a professional column cover to run the wires through. The wiring harness was easy enough to install. Just follow the instructions and look at the diagram on the Amazon product page. I connect it all up under the cart to make sure I did the wiring correctly. If it does not light up, check to see if you blew the positive fuse. I did and changed it. Everything worked perfectly. I zippy tied the harness and was done. The lights are bright. The horn is loud. Everything works great. I really have no idea why Amazon says this item is returned often. It would only be caused by faulty user installation. Take your time and it works well. I will add pictures later. It made my cart look so good compared to the stock cart look. ... show more
