The media could not be loaded. Each light uses 3 AA batteries. You'd have to use several of these to light a closet - so that'd be expensive for batteries. These might be good if you need to light a drawer. Just leaving batteries in for a few months resulted in white discharge from batteries - see photos. As shown, I tried several different batteries since I needed to use several lights. Even after cleaning & drying my solid kitchen backsplash, and letting just the back of the light set for an entire 24 hours, light fell off the backslash. I could only use when the back of light was stuck at bottom of backslash, essentially sitting on countertop, which isn't helpful for lighting or for limited counter space. In video, the to middle button on remote is to pause. I would not buy these again. In fact, these are going to a friend's kid to play with. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My son requested a playhouse for his 3rd birthday, so I've been gradually building one out of my scrap materials. He loves playing in it so I figured some lighting would be nice. I settled on these lights because they come with remotes, change colors, and are rechargeable. He absolutely loves these lights! When all six lights are on white, it does a pretty good job illuminating the small space (about 15 SQ feet). The adhesive is very strong the lights are easy to twist in and out for recharging. The lights are also durable. One of the lights arrived on (probably a returned item as I hadn't charged the lights yet) and I didn't think to make sure it was locked into the base. When I attached it to the roof, it fell 6' to the patio floor. It didn't even get a scratch. Since I'm still finishing up the playhouse, I am happy that my son can continue to play in it day or night. A great purchase for a small space. ... show more

Ordered these because they were cheap and my daughter needed light on her closet. It works fine for that purpose but as a cabinet light it would be better if you can somehow adjust sensitivity or angle of sensor. Under cabinet it comes on even just by walking in the room. I guess it depends on your needs, but I would prefer if it's only came on when I was actually at the counter. I have a more expensive one from a big box store that has adjustable angle and it only comes on even at the counter working. This one is quite slimmer and very nice, just a little extra sensitive for my needs. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far I really love these! Thinking of ordering more. They were a great price, The adhesive is super strong, love the remote & variety of colors & modes. So much better then the last ones i tried. You can unscrew them when you need to change the battery without The adhesive coming off. The remote control works really well and is super convenient. Be sure you know where you want to keep these because once you use the adhesive it will be hard to remove the glue. Unscrewing them allows you to move them around and change the batteries as you please. Awesome for under counter lighting, dyi projects etc. I just hope they hold up well! ... show more

The lights work well, however eat up the batteries even when not in active use. I find them not feasible for regular use under my kitchen cabinets because of how quickly they go through batteries. They could be useful to help set a mood for an event.

Well, on the surface they seem fantastic. They’re decent quality. Adhesion is good and they’re bright enough. HOWEVER, they suck batteries dry even when not using! I bought a set for under kitchen cabinets and we used them initially for a week as night lights, then hadn’t used them for IDK, a month? It got kinda tedious to turn the 4 on and decided to save them for occasional use. I needed some soft lighting in my office, so decided to get another set of these for under my hutch, those get used sparingly as I’m not in my office nightly and rather occasionally. They got a total of 4 uses in 2mnths for about 1-2hrs each time. So now we’ll rewind back to the kitchen, it’s been about a month since we went to use them since the last time and the batteries were dead in all four lights (3 batteries each, 12 batteries total AA), so I just figured maaaaybe they were on longer than I realized and/or the auto off didn’t work and drained them over night. I put new batteries in, we use the lights that one time and on next use, all the lights don’t work and batteries are dead. I went to my office to see if those lights work and they’re dead too and I KNOW those weren’t used much and I turned them off manually when done. So, 30 AA batteries later (2x in the 4 lights in kitchen and 2x in the 2 lights in office) for less than 6 uses total for 1-2 hours at a time! NO THANK YOU!! Something is draining them when not in use FOR SURE! I don’t know what it could be, BUT my thermostat uses AA batteries and I change them like every 2yrs and that gets daily usage and is powering the display 24/7/365. I missed the return window on these and have an unopened box of them I will simply throw out. I wouldn’t be doing anyone any favors by given it to them. Hope it helps. Buyer beware! ... show more
